We arrived at 6.Service and food were terrible. I hardly leave reviews. But when literally everyones food was completely overdone and just inedible because the cook and the lady with the glasses were too busy making out and flirting in the kitchen and behind the front counter. Or when not just me but at least 6 others waited 10+ minutes because the chicken AND cook were nowhere to be found half the time i was there. You cant put a 17 year old by himself with no training and not expect a bad review from it. This exact reason is why the nickel is definitely icky. Because yall definitely hired some real “winners” for a cook and a front of house rock.

The staff was awesome the bar was so clean our drinks were delicious the food looks so yummy they have an awesome outside stage. Can’t wait for live music to come back we had a great time highly recommend we will be back if you ever need a great band we would love to come play there again we love playing on that outside stage.

MY FIRST TIME! Had a Bass Wars finals event at the Nickel for the weekend. Big open field to accommodate a large gathering. We camped 2 nights and had a blast! Great food and drinks family approved! Will return!

This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner! They are dog friendly with outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. The portions were huge and everything tasted great! I ordered the fried chicken salad and it was the best fried chicken I have ever had on a salad! The chicken tasted like someones grandma was back there frying the chicken to order!! The rib special was plentiful and the ribs were tender. The nachos were great! A huge portion of chips on a big plate and then another big plate of toppings. The only downside is that the prices aren’t listed on the menu. Although when we received the bill everything was decently priced its not cool to skip putting the prices on the menu. I also didnt like that somethings were crossed out on the menu. It looks bad. You can literally get plastic menu holders and print up a few menus for the week with everything you have and the prices. When we first sat down we were skeptical because there were no prices and things were marked off. But we were thankfully, very pleasantly surprised. We appreciate the generosity and good food. Thank you!

Went to my friends dart night an had a meal which was grate but later on got a snack of fried pickles and it was 10$ for a very small amount. And the menu telf me they would be spears but they where chips.

Very nice place good prices nice food menu and friendly people . only thing I did not like they have a very loud speaker inside the bar area for trivia night. They could decrease the volume on it a little and that would help. We could not hear each other talking while the trivia game was going.

There are no prices on the menu. You do not get an itemized receipt. They require you to give a debit card for a tab whether or not you’re going to have a tab or not. The food is mediocre at best and very much overpriced. The bar is well decorated with cool old signage which is about the only positive part of my experience. The live music matched the food mediocre at best.

This is my first visit here! The place was a lot of fun, drinks for reasonably priced, and the food was pretty good. I happen to be here when they’re having a car show which is pretty awesome as well. The place had live music and the bands are pretty good.
