The girl at the window sucks when it comes to customer service. I had to ask her twice that I wanted light ice in my coffee aside from the way I ordered it in the drive thru. She told me i should’ve ordered no ice and the attitude I got from her u would’ve thought it was her coffee she was making. On top of that I asked for the manager after she walked to the front of the store with my coffee and came back it was still the same ice and after explaining the situation to both of them and explaining I wanted a Xtra expresso shot added to my coffee with less ice they both walked to the front of the store instead of going to the back where the expresso shot should be at, and they sat there for minute then came back and charged me for the expresso shot as if they really put it in there. ( what dunkin donuts keep they expresso shot in the lobby ) as if I didn’t know how restaurant operations work. The manager had attitude and the worker had a attitude so I wouldn’t doubt they probably spit in my coffee while they was in the lobby. So when I got home I tossed the coffee in the trash and be damned if I go back there. Look at cameras. I went in drive thru a lil bit after 8-830ish March 8th 2026.
Ps don’t waste ya morning with these people. Plenty dunkin donuts elsewhere

My bagel would have been great if it were toasted literally at all… it was literally still cold. The staff is very kind, just wish my bagel was toasted.

Had to place my order on the screen, which was very hard to navigate. Only wanted two donuts and waited 10 minutes (because they were so Busy helping the drive-through customers) and finally went up and said can I please get my two donuts, staff was quite unfriendly. The donuts were not fresh at all.

I honestly cannot wait for the day people actually do their jobs — not just show up for a paycheck, not just hand out half-effort service because it’s “easier.” This woman has absolutely no business working in customer service, let alone a coffee shop. She belongs at the Dollar Tree — and even they manage to be polite.

I ordered a medium black coffee — not iced, not flavored, just black coffee. Somehow this genius hands me an iced one and then tells me I “didn’t specify.” Excuse me? If you’re that confused, isn’t it literally your job to ask? Common sense — and basic customer service — would tell you that when someone says “black coffee,” it’s hot unless otherwise stated.

I swear, it’s like the bar for effort and professionalism has fallen straight through the floor.

Sometimes I don’t understand why people act the way they do because honestly, what did I do to that employee To deserve all the disrespect that I was receiving. I go there almost every other day to get my coffee and now I’m kicked out for pointing out someone’s attitude I really told this woman “you didn’t have to give me all that sas”and just excellent from there these people really don’t know how to live life without problems because I seen all the bad reviews and they say the same thing.

Normally this Dunkin is the best in the area and we drive out of our way to come here, but the service this morning completely ruined it. We waited over 15 minutes this morning, for 1 car in the drive through, whatever. However, the lady that worked the window (around 10am this morning) had such a nasty attitude and needs to be fired. She was absolutely disgusting to speak with. Our food was cold and when we asked her to heat it up, she argued, rolled her eyes at us, and then slammed the window. She then proceeded to shout to the back how awful we were (we heard the whole thing). She threw the bag back at us, didn’t say anything, and then slammed the window again.

Go to the Bryan Dairy location instead of this one.

Store often times gets an order wrong and will get defensive about it when brought up. Service is slow, you will sit at the drive through waiting for someone to take your order with no one in line. Hands down the worst Dunkin around! Will go out of my way to go to another Dunkin

Dana at the cash register did her best. The fat guy with dreads at the drive through spent time checking his phone and the other guy was like a clone of him…walking around doing nothing while customers are waiting. I will never visit this place again. The guys are nasty and dirty at the window. No gloves on and steady wiping their noses between customers. The service is poor and utterly disastrous. Management has no authority at all. I cannot believe this place exists.

Came in today and got breakfast, store seems very clean and the food got was tasty. They were busy this morning it seems so getting help took a little longer than I expected but definitely not too long of a wait.

The Dunkin at Seminole and ulmerton is literally the worst Dunkin in the chain of Dunkin, the manager is always to busy on his phone and the employees don’t know their’s a counter in their store where you can order if an employee acknowledges you
