The service and food were excellent. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Mashed potatoes were steaming. The biscuit was so soft and fluffy. The apple pie poppers were also hot and fluffy.
Cleanliness could use some improvement. While the dining/lobby area could have been due to the time of day being just after lunch rush, the bathroom should always remain clean. This bathroom could have used a good scrubbing.

I haven’t been to Kentucky Fried Chicken in a long time. I ordered the $5 meal. I had to return because they failed to put an eating utensil for the mashed potatoes. Once I did eat my meal, I noticed it was crispy and I ordered original recipe. The mashed potatoes were so watery you could hardly tell they were potatoes and the chicken was so salty you could barely eat it. Also the biscuit was so crumbly you couldn’t even pick it up, it would just break apart. My server was very sweet and kind at the drive-thru, which is the only reason they did get one star. But they definitely need to check out what’s going on at this location..
