Horrible experience! Do NOT come here. I was refused service in the drive through, which has never ever happened to me. As a family of six people, 2 being small children, the car is going to be slightly boisterous. The Taco Bell worker claimed we were too noisy and she wouldn’t serve us. As the driver tried to back out, another car pulled in. This made it unable to back out essentially. The worker then started passive-aggressively telling us to leave. The driver then exclaimed to the worker than we were unable to pull forward and she very rudely asked us to pull out again. I am filled with anger with this incident. I have ate at Taco Bell many times, and never had any issues or complaints! Until going to this Galesburg location. 100% would not recommend. RUDE and OBNOXIOUS workers, unsafe drive through traffic, and overall horrible experience. I feel like my whole family was put in danger and assaulted, I hope one day we are able to eat at a different Taco Bell again; and granted a different experience.

Stopped in today to get the cantina chicken crunchy taco box, THIS is what my food looked like. Soggy, cheese everywhere, broken, and ONE SINGLE PIECE OF CHICKEN ON THE TACO. I knew this place was bad so it’s my fault for even going, but this is just ridiculous. Staff was also very rude.

If you go there late at night the totally mess up the order. Several times they have messed up the order at night 2 double decker tacos don’t come with beans in the middle and cheese roll ups aren’t ever melted. If you like going back to a place more then 1x to get your order right then stop in here.

friendly employees; helpful with ordering on the kiosk. the food at taco bell is Always great, no matter which taco bell i go to. my favorites are the hard shell tacos and chicken enchilada burrito. i will be back!

Bathroom is filthy I know it’s the men’s room but come on! My Pics shown here are how I found it at 4pm on a Wednesday with empty dining room, a couple cars in drive thru, and lots of team members milling around back and forth doing literally nothing behind the counter.
Bumping orders as complete when you’re still working on them for several minutes longer. Fudging the numbers for corporate apparently.
Food was good, hot, and fresh. Sadly the team member didn’t even know what all was supposed to be in my order when handing it over and I had to go through the order with her item by item to show her what I was missing.
Probably won’t come back to this location.

This WAS the fastest drive through in town but for the past couple weeks it has been terrible. Idk what changed but it takes way too long and people are exiting without purchasing now.

Love the authentic, homestyle taste and quality of this Mexican restaurant.. If you are looking for the finest and most delectable spanish cuisine ever, this is the place to eat. I love the valet service and the red carpet is a great attribute. I feel like a celebrity every time I go to Taco Bell. It makes me so angry when I think about all the pilots it takes to fly each Taco Bell around from place to place. Gas prices are high enough as it is and don’t get me started on the beautiful, antique china that our meal was served on. I could not help but get an autograph. I know, I know, we are not supposed to feed the animals. But do you see that face, its one that only a mother can love. Thank you to all of my fans. You have been wonderful, but seriously you have not. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place has gone downhill fast. They used to have the best breakfast…now despite advertising it they no longer serve. They no longer ring you up…they have a computer at the front counter. What’s next??You cook it yourself?? We’re done eating here
