Dining room was disgusting. Every table looked like it had not been cleaned all day. Floor also dirty with food and napkins. Surprisingly the garbage was not full. Customers wandered around looking for a table that was not spotted with rice or salsa. They would then realize that all the tables were a mess and pick the least messy one.
Manager and employees seemed to not notice. $27 for two burritos with drinks and I get to eat at a table with someone’s else’s lunch mess on it. Clean your dining room.

food here is great! the employees however…why am i eating in the dining room and i can see multiple employees sitting on their phones?? why is one of them sitting in the dining room with me and the other patrons?? i was not greeted by the employee who was up at the front counter when i first walked up. the guy who did help me did not even give me a change to order chips or a drink and the portions are tiny!

One of the employees doesn’t know what they are talking about. Asked to redeem my chips& guac and turned me down saying I have to order smthing at least 5 bucks with it. Did it on the app instead and showed them the receipt to get it. They literally just had to scan the barcode. I wouldn’t have minded if it ended at that but the chips I ended up getting felt slighly old.. half of them were soggy/ not crunchy.

Went at 10:40pm, all the hot food was pulled out the hot box, it was drained and completely clean. I know that means it has been out for at least 30 minutes. Still got food and within the 5 minute drive home and the 5 minutes it took me to sit and eat, my rice and meat was ice cold. Complete loss of appetite and I will not be coming back. Worker was nice at least

I placed my order from the Uber eats app. I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, black beans, lettuce and fajita veggies. When I received my order I was totally disappointed. I had a sprinkle of lettuce, a sprinkle of veggies and a small amount of meat. I had more black beans than anything. I tried several times to reach out to the store but all you get automated system. I tried to reach out via website the only thing they text me was to reach out to Uber eats. They are not the ones that prepared my order you guys did. Why would I reach out to them I don’t have a problem with how my food was delivered, my problem is how my food was prepared. I’m hoping to get a full refund at this point.

WTH CHIPOTLE!
I used to love getting Chipotle mainly because you’d get a healthy serving of each ingredient in the burritos when you ordered them. I know there’s been a lot of news regarding chipotle skimping on serving sizes especially for protein. As a lifter and Trainer I love their burritos protein options but what I cannot stand is when I order a burrito and ask and PAY for DOUBLE protein of choice and get this. This image you can see the ENTIRE burrito is filled with rice, and about a quarter of the actually filling is meat. When I paid extra for DOUBLE PROTEIN. Completely unacceptable. I’m aware this is not the fault of the poor workers making it but the supervisors micromanaging their portion sizes as best they can to ensure costs stay down.

When I order a double chicken protein burrito with rice, beans, lettuce, queso I do not want to eat a rice burrito. There was hardly any lettuce cheese or beans which I also asked for. I just sat here eating rice in a tortilla.

Edit: just “talked” to the contact link the “owner” sent out in response to this complaint and it sent me to a robot that just said “we will make sure food quality is better in future, goodbye” no human being, no contact for complaints or customer support. Nothing. Horrible business this is.

Filthy. Walked in at 5pm on a Tuesday, moderately busy. There were 8 people in line. The assembly line was absolutely disgusting – lettuce scraps, food debris, pieces of foil here and there. All it would take would be a wipe with a clean, sanitizing wipe to keep the food prep area clean and nice-looking. Didn’t want my burrito to be assembled in conditions like this. Then I took a look at the floor – gross. Do they ever sweep? Food debris everywhere. Now to the condiments. All of the items (salsa, cheese, lettuce, etc) were in messy-looking, well-used, cross-contaminated metal containers. They were assembling my burrito with a smile. I honestly don’t think they are aware of how gross their kitchen looks from the customer perspective. After seeing the conditions where my food was assembled I declined and told them I didnt’ want it anymore and left.

Don’t do pickup from this location. The burritos are small and bowls are underfilled. This bowl was not touched, it was just opened before the picture. It was less than half full. The burrito along with this order was mostly extra tortilla wrapped up on the inside.

Chipotle has always been a go-to meal for me and this location always has fresh ingredients.
It’s a dice roll with the staff as sometimes they’re very friendly and sometimes they are just blatantly rude. The overall cleanliness is questionable but since they have a decent throughput, they have fresh meats, rice, and beans.

If I could give this 0 stars, I definitely would. I thought about ordering from a different Chipotle hoping to get a better experience, I was wrong. I ordered a burrito and a kids quesadilla then guess what, the quesadilla wasn’t even there! I was left with my brown rice and sofritas. I got brown rice for both items and it was too citrusy and did not taste good. The carne asada was okay but overall experience was terrible. I took the pic right after I opened it and already knew it was going downhill from there. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know personally but it automatically went to the robot voice and when I talked it asked me if I was making an order. Ended the call and got my refund through the delivery app instead. Waste of money.
