The food is good when they cook it right. But the women stop cooking the food entirely to early! A woman came and wanted spicy chicken at 9:15pm keep in mind they do not close until 10pm and they told her it was to late! Really at 9:15pm horrible!

I am beyond disgusted with the service my wife received at this location today around 5:30 PM. This wasn’t just a simple mistake; it was a complete lack of professional standards and respect for a customer’s time.
My wife stood there and watched as the staff bypassed her for 11 other orders. There is absolutely no excuse for 11 people who ordered after her to receive their food first while she was ignored. To make matters worse, after that inexcusable wait, the order was completely wrong. We ordered a 10-piece spicy, and they gave us original.
If your staff can’t handle basic sequencing or distinguish between spicy and original chicken, they shouldn’t be on the floor. Corporate needs to pull the logs for the January 28th, 5:30 PM shift and look into why the “service” at this location is so broken. We paid for a specific meal and waited an eternity for it, only to be let down.
We will be taking our business elsewhere until management or corporate addresses the blatant disregard for customers at this branch. Check your cameras and check your staff.

Very disappointed with the chicken and mac n cheese! Both were just very bland same with the hot sauce. The chicken tasted like it was just dredge in flour and no seasoning, salt and pepper has been invented. The two stars is for the biscuit, poppers and apple pie those were delicious! Also, charging for ranch when you order jalapeño poppers is like ordering fries and getting charge for ketchup! Can a ninja get at least one!? ♂️

This Churches is usually to go to place for hot fresh chicken over the years. We go there about every other month. It’s usually really good, and I always order spicy mixed because 90% of the time I have to wait, and that’s OK cause it’s almost a guarantee that it will be fresh and hot. But lately, this hasn’t been the case. Today, I was told it would be 17 minutes for 8pc. mixed spicy, and as I watched, it seemed to come out on time, hot n fresh, but when I got to my car, the fries were super soggy and cold. Just didn’t help the meal, just sucked. Then I had some Cole Slaw, it was terrible, old and runny and so soggy, no slight crunch at all, like when you have freshly made Cole Slaw.
The family meal was over $38.00 what a disappointment. I’ve seen the Manger argue with everyone when something went wrong, so I didn’t bother saying anything. I’ll let my actions speak for me. I’ll post this everywhere I can, including Yelp and the Churches website. Which probably won’t matter because these are franchised and owners or corporate doesn’t care.

I have always heard of Churches Chicken but was never close enough to one to try their food. I was impressed and would keep this place a regular place to go for my fried chicken needs. Biscuits are delicious and the okra is fantastic. Please move to OC.

I drive nearly an hour to get Church’s Chicken. Best chicken ever! Honey glazed biscuits are bomb, too. But the best ever…the apple pie! Remember when McDonald’s had yhe deep-fried apple pies? This is exactly what it is! I drive for that alone!!!!!
