First off the “center” this Panda is in is no good. It is the only business in the center really and it has a convoluted entrance and exit that is extremely inconvenient and tedious. Often a long line at the drive-thru. Then there is always a line inside even if picking up. They don’t put food out and require visual confirmation of your phone/order number. They could save us a lot of time but not doing this or doing it a different way. The food is overpriced for what it is and the ingredients often aren’t fresh even at times when they should be. Overall I cannot recommend this location and won’t be returning.

You might take into consideration to change your business hours. I checked on Google the Sycamore location since it was on my way to see if I could pick up some food after work, and Google said closing soon, 11 pm. I pulled up at 10:35 through the drive-thru, and I got the message saying sorry we are closed. I pulled up to the window, and there were two employees, a male and female. The male came to the windo, and I pointed at him, my phone showing him that it said it was open unreal 11pm he opens the window and repeated my self and he responded with we are open until 11 on the weekends so I aske him so why it say every day until 11pm? He said, ” I don’t know,” and closed the window, so I stayed there, and I double-checked, thinking I might not see it was only the weekends. So as I was leaving the female staring, laughing which it caught my attention. I leave the drive thru to see them through the front window, both looking at me and laughing. I was trying to take a picture of the door schedule when the male hid because he thought I was trying to take a picture. After all that, I said well now I will take a picture to call corporate and make them aware if the case is that these employees aren’t closing the business early at their own will. What made me even more upset was how they were laughing at me acting all childish. This is very unprofessional. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well. I will be making a call to the store manager in case they aren’t aware of what these rude employees are doing. I really hope these employees get accountable for their actions.

Wow, very friendly staff and the food was delicious. I stumbled upon this location randomly looking for somewhere fast and filling for lunch, and wow did this do the trick! It was hard to stop eating long enough to take a photo. The mushroom chicken was sooooooooo good! Broccoli such a beautiful green. Lo mein delicious. Awesome place will definitely be back for work lunch hours!!!

I usually have no problem with this panda express, but these super greens are disgusting. Why would you serve someone the super greens that look like the right plate? Please don’t ever do this to a customer again, it makes me never want to return. You also didn’t give me my fortune cookies. Just because I said no sauce packets didn’t mean I didn’t want the fortune cookie!

I stopped by on my way to work, and I was in and out with my food so fast that I couldn’t believe it. I love this place. I remember this one guy Tanner, maybe because he’s orange or because he gave me a discount, but thanks guys, well done .

I’m not sure what the issue is here but the service sucks and the women are friendly. The portion is significantly less than other pandas. The food is overcooked. Also don’t assume people don’t speak Spanish and then say rude things.
