The ice cream is delicious. There’s a girl that works the register there — To the owner: get her out of there. She doesn’t address customers and stays on her phone at the register while you’re standing there waiting to order. The look on her face says, why the heck are you here and she answers back with an attitude. This is the second time now. I’m not going back!

To the owners response: before we walked into the shop I already knew I wanted the cherry chocolate because you were out of it last time I was there and I was dying to try it and it was very good. My husband loves chocolate so he went with that. We didn’t need much time because we already knew what we wanted even though we looked at the menu briefly still getting used to all the unique flavors. The fact you can’t see her on her phone puzzles me because I stood there waiting for her to look up to address us and what you don’t hear is the audio – me asking her if she’s working, since she hadn’t looked up from her phone since we walked in. Her answer was she was waiting on us to say something. I have worked customer service for years so maybe that why I am so bothered. The fact you clarified something I as a customer experienced negatively to dismiss facts is part of the problem. She was not nice the first time I was there and awful this time. The girl working with her was very nice and shocked I asked such a silly question but wanted to get her attention that she was so dismissive and she should know the impression she is giving to people. It’s not right. I didn’t mention until now that she didn’t take a simple order right either – asking for a sugar cone and the receipt said cup. Ask the girl working with her, she offered to give me a cone with my cup but it was whatever at that point. The girl walked away so she had no idea she couldn’t even get that right.

I’m glad you are aware. I hope someone else has the guts to say something about such poor service. I guarantee I’m not the only one. Then maybe you will reconsider your stance on clarifying something different than what I saw and experienced. Keep making delicious ice cream! Unfortunately, service is part of the experience also and that I won’t be back for. Thank you for responding to me. I appreciate it.

They have awesome sugar-free options! My husband ordered the Mint Chocolate chip and I ordered the chocolate moose tracks, both sugar-free and super tasty

First time here, not a good experience. Only two flavors of sugar free ice cream. Both chocolate? And the mix ins are not sugar free? What’s the point of sugar free ice-cream if the candy in it has sugar? See how many diabetic customers you can kill? News flash, a lot of diabetic people are not big chocolate fans because we can not eat it too often. How about a non chocolate sugar free option? Like vanilla? ?? And the young lady behind the counter had as much interest in the customer as the plastic spoons did. Most likely will never return. Especially when there’s other shops in bristol who have great sugar free options, that they rotate and you don’t get bored with the same flavor!

This is a hidden gem. Plenty of choices. Staff was very pleasant and willing to answer questions if you have an allergy. Our choices were delicious and prices are very reasonable. We already have plans to go again.

Showed up after closing at Bristol Scoops on Mother’s Day due to a Maps error, and the owner—after a long day and being a mom herself—still served us with such kindness. The chocolate ice cream was incredible—so rich and creamy. Amazing service and even better ice cream!

Price is worth the ice cream. I had mint chocolate chip with whip cream and chopped peanut butter cups. It was great. They have different flavors and vegan ice cream. Milkshakes and other things. Check it out. For 6 people, two cones and 4 sundaes I paid almost 50. The servers were great.
