Threw the food away !!!
At a local food truck event I got the smoked wings and 1/4 rack of wings. Both with sweet bbq sauce.
The wings were so dry. And not tossed in sauce like wings should be. They were drizzled with sauce.
The ribs were an atrocity. UNDER COOKED.
CUT IN A WEIRD WAY so you have to fight through fat, grizzle and bone to get meat.
And some of the meat was pink
Again only drizzled with sauce.
Watching the pit master, I witnessed him handle and cut open raw racks of ribs to add to the smoker. Then immediately go handle and cut with a mallet ready to serve food to hand off to the poor girl in the truck working her butt off.
$30 worth of food that 2 people threw away and refused to eat.

Tried the pulled pork because there were so many people waiting for ribs. Also got the macaroni and cheese. Not bad for a food truck.

We ordered a half rack of ribs today at the Burke Centre Festival. After trying their pulled pork sandwich at the same event last year and really enjoying it, we were eager for more. Instead of being wowed with delicious food, we were very disappointed.
The flavor of the sauce was so, so good, but terribly wasted on such terrible meat. If you like fall-off-the-bone ribs, look elsewhere. The meat was very fatty, chewy, and most of the meat was nearly impossible to get off the bone. We felt like cavemen, trying unsuccessfully to gnaw the meat. Most of it went in the trash because it was simply inedible.
The woman who took our order and the one who gave us our food were both very nice but save your money and forgo the ribs for pulled pork, or perhaps another menu item (I can’t speak for the other food) or just go somewhere else.

Review for their nachos only.
I do NOT recommend getting their nachos. It’s just salty no flavor. Chips are salty. Cheese is salty. Meat is Smokey (good). But no other flavors. Just salt. It’s equivalent to what they serve at high school sporting events. Not giving and overpriced.

WOW! Didn’t expect to find such a gem on a random Sunday in the Sams Club parking lot but WOW! Easily the best beef brisket I’ve had in Virginia. Will absolutely be back!
