Ordered on the app, 6 Dave’s Hot Honey wings, and a fry that I got for free. That’s why I order on apps btw. Free stuff. I was told when I went to pick up they were out of wings and they offered to replace with tenders. I get to window and they have wings after all. Weird. No sauce on wings and fries are barely half full. Chicken is dry. Bummer.

$20 for 20 wings. Sounds like a good deal, right? The wings in question do not even have an entire bite of chicken on them. I’ve seen chicken nuggets with more meat. THE WING IS SMALLER THAN MY THUMB!
This is the absolute last time that I ever order from KFC. The colonel would be spinning in his grave if he knew what you were charging for this nonsense.

I truly wish that I could leave no stars because I’m sick and tired of always getting screwed over by this place. I ordered through DoorDash. I got my order. I am missing more than half of my order. The sticker on it says that my meal was packed and double checked for accuracy, but obviously it wasn’t because again I am missing over half my order which is very ridiculous. A few items maybe two I can understand but when I’m missing half of my combo meal my food is ice cold. My chicken is not extra crispy. I’m missing my apple pie poppers. I’m missing two large sides and I’m missing two of the individual sides that come with my family meal. That’s just ridiculous. I will not be visiting this establishment again because this is just ridiculous. Hire some workers who actually know how to do their job and properly

I placed a takeout order when I saw a long line of cars so I went inside to find a long line of people very upset who have been waiting. I waited 45 minutes to get my order and still never received it and they had no idea how long it would be. I felt sorry for the lady behind the counter they just were not producing food. I then told them that I was leaving without my food as did another customer. I highly doubt I will ever get a credit for the unfilled order. I then went to Dairy Queen and had my entire meal within 5 minutes for my family. Bottom line if you feel the need to go to this KFC do not prepay for anything

Was really wanting some KFC. It’s been over 20 yrs. since having any. Grew up with it. Used the App & went to pick up & it was “Just as good today as it was way back “. Very, Very Good. Fresh & the drive thru was Great ! Very nice perhaps the Manager & another young lady. Fast, Hot, perfect order all across the board.

Very friendly service! Our food was done when we got there, we were only in the drive through a minute or two – we ordered ahead in the app. Food was hot, fresh and delicious, would definitely order here again. We got a pot pie, and just fyi IF you are planning on ordering more than a few of them, it is smart to call ahead and give them a heads up – they can only keep so many fresh and waiting – pot pie is not quick at home either, and you can’t deep fry it.

The total between the kiosk and the register was different and when I asked the kid had no clue and was rather snotty about it. We had to wait quite a while to get our food and the chicken was greasy. The dining room had several dirty tables and the drink station was a mess.

I love coming to this KFC it’s always a pleasure…. I know they are busy and lots of times the drive through is wrapped around the corner, but I wanted to give a shout out to Jamie and Xavier!! Great work ….Also, the rest of the crew are great!! I know, sometimes it’s hard working in fast food with Hangry people coming in, but in spite of that, they do a great job. By the way, I got the new chicken, fried steak, mashed potatoes and biscuit!!! Wednesday special $4.99… It was delicious!!!

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, around 5:00–5:30 PM, I stopped in for the $4.99 Country Fried Steak special and ordered three Country Fried Steak meals, their gravy trio, and a six-piece tenders. My only request? Green beans instead of coleslaw—because honestly, who wants coleslaw with Country Fried Steak?
The promotion sign says nothing about “no substitutions,” and the employee confirmed my request was fine. But instead of honoring that, the manager changed my order without telling me, then argued with me in front of other customers about what wasn’t allowed. Even a simple request for gravy on the side turned into a ridiculous argument.
Here’s the kicker: while I was waiting, the same manager gave a FREE meal to a buddy of his—with green beans. So apparently substitutions are allowed for friends, just not paying customers. That’s favoritism, plain and simple.
The manager needs serious training on how to de-escalate, not escalate issues. If an employee offers a substitution, the right thing to do is honor it, then calmly explain to both the staff and the customer that substitutions aren’t normally allowed. That’s basic customer service.
Instead, I was left frustrated and had to ask for a refund. This was an embarrassing display of poor leadership and disrespect toward customers. Mistakes happen—but arguing, hiding changes, and playing favorites is unacceptable.
Call to Action:
KFC needs to train its managers on communication, conflict resolution, and fairness. Customers deserve respect and consistency—not arguments and favoritism.

Food is ok but nothing to write home about. They still do the country fried steak Wednesdays but barely give you any gravy and meat is kinda tough and flavorless. The fried chicken is ok but definitely not as good as 20 years ago.
