When we first walked in, the energy was amazing — great live music and a really fun atmosphere. We ordered food and drinks at the bar and stepped away to play a quick game of darts while waiting for our food.
When our food was ready, we came back to the bar and noticed two open seats. One had what looked like old, half-eaten food sitting in front of it, but no one was there. We sat down to eat the food we had just ordered. Shortly after, a woman with black hair — who I’m assuming is a manager — approached us and instead of saying the seat was taken, she said, “Yeah, you’re not gonna sit here.” I immediately apologized and explained that we didn’t realize the seat was occupied and that the food looked old, and I had even moved slightly to avoid sitting directly in front of it. She repeated, “Yeah, you’re not gonna sit here.”
I completely understand that running a busy bar isn’t easy, but there’s a more professional and welcoming way to communicate that a seat is reserved or taken — especially to new customers who had been enjoying the atmosphere up to that point. The interaction changed the tone of the night for us. We boxed up our food and left shortly after.
It’s unfortunate because the vibe and live music were great, but customer service matters just as much. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I will never return. I was there and the bartender Jackie was very rude and inattentive and more focused on smoking cigarettes and yelling at her coworkers and my friend for sitting in her seat she had occupied while on the clock and bartending. Who does that… you’re working. And when I said something to I assume the owner he completely ignored me. Food was alright but on the pricier side. Just a strange encounter. Again I won’t return

Saw the sign on Walden Ave. and on a whim we decided to order food to go. Wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and I went with a chicken salad. We also ordered the pretzels. Wife’s quesadilla was huge and delicious. Our teenage daughter tried a slice and begged us to order her one soon. The only small complaint was more salsa and sour cream on the side for a quesadilla that size. My salad was very, very fresh. The salad was crisp and all the veggies and chicken were great. The salad was also huge! The pretzels were fine. Overall, we were very satisfied and will be ordering again soon!

We had our diaper party here and it was 10 out of 10. We’ve been coming here long before it was 16 Ellicotte, But I have to say it it’s come such a long way. The inside looks great, the food is delicious and the service is amazing. Scott and Beth were so helpful and kind to make our diaper party the easiest most fun and relaxing time possible! I can’t say enough about how helpful both Scott and Beth were, and the rest of the staff!! If you’re looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, host a small party or just meet friends out for drinks this is the spot!

Being out of town, we absolutely enjoyed this homey bar and grill. Made us feel very welcomed and was awesome to see the Buffalo Bills fans in action during the game! Highly recommend!

The food is amazing. To their salads and sandwiches to the fish fry. I haven’t had a bad thing yet. On top of that the bartenders are super fun and easy to chat with. I have been more than a few times and it was always a welcoming environment.
