This burger king is arguably one of the only burger kings that still have that iconic whopper taste and size while most nowadays are compressed pattys in-between 2 thin wet buns and have an artificial taste. It is unfortunate that I live so far away from this establishment I would 100% revisit.

On 08/28 at 5:09 pm I made a $20 order at this store. Never had any problem with this store before so I trusted my food was ok. Got 10 miles from home and checked my order. My chicken nuggets was very tough and flat with very little meat in them. Called them and it did no good. Wasn’t even offered a replacement. I won’t go here anymore.

We just picked up a couple of meals around 11:45 AM, Saturday, 8/9/25 from the pick up window. The woman (wish we knew her name) was so pleasant and sweet! So nice to start our day like this. I really miss the old store manager here! I’m VERYYYYY annoyed with whatever district manager thought it was a good idea to transfer her wayyyy out almost on top of the world… I only know this because I meet my daughter’s father out there when we do drop off and pickup and just happened to see her one day. She had only been at this store for a year and a half and they transferred her, doubling her commute and pretty much signing this stores death certificate. As soon as she left it’s been downhill. We use to come twice a week (sometimes more) and it was really just because they were all so good to my daughter and I. They all remembered us and it made me want to go back. First, my daughter’s favorite employee, Haley (which is also my daughter’s name) quit then they transferred the manager… My food hasn’t been made fresh since. Like tonight we waited for 20 minutes to get food that wasn’t even fresh… I didn’t even eat it. That’s bad when I won’t even eat something… I’m sick of throwing away money I don’t have. It’s just ridiculous.
*Photos are of the receipt on the bag showing the order was from 5pm and then passed midnight the food was still uneaten. I ended up heating up some French toast sticks in the microwave instead… Which pisses me off. We’ve really been struggling lately and then to keep wasting money because this place never gets any better. So now we maybe go twice a month… And I don’t think we’ll be going at all for awhile… Or until someone starts replacing all the food I’ve thrown away.
Please stop hiring idiots… Hate to be mean but it’s true. Either bring back the manager who was worth a darn or hire another one who is… But if something doesn’t change you’ll end up like the one on south pine. (The one on south pine was closer to us before it closed but we’d drive all the way to this one when the good manager lady was still there… Then it closed… And for good reason. This one will be next unless real action is actually taken. Anyways, end of my rant. I’m just fed up with it.

9:49am on May 18, drive-through window attendant took my order, but took the wrong order so I once again clearly stated my order which was 2 fully loaded croissants, which was completely sounding different than a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I proceeded to tell her once again that I wanted to fully loaded croissants she then caught an attitude with me about what kind of meat that I wanted on it. So I just left. This generation of these young kids catching attitudes when they can’t pay attention and get the order right the first time is not the customer’s fault maybe they should get off their phones and pay attention and they might get the order right. And they should have some respect because customers are why y’all have a job at Burger King. I will not be purchasing from this location anymore.
