The food took extremely long to come. It took one and a half hour to receive our drinks. Some of the dishes like the mac & cheese and cheesesteak eggrolls were bland. We received plastic silverware for our meals and it took an additional 15-20 minutes to get napkins. However, our waiter was incredible and understanding. If you do not mind waiting 2 hours for mediocre food, then you are welcome to come here for the great waitresses and music.

I got the lamb chops over rice, broccoli and Mac and cheese, with a lemonade on the side. The pictures looked wonderful and honestly the foods presentation was exceptional, however the taste was very surprisingly unimpressive and bland. Also the lemonade didn’t even taste like lemonade nor did the Mac and cheese taste like Mac and cheese. Also lamb chops were cooked perfectly but unfortunately also lacked seasoning.

Want come to have a great time come at night do not come for food will be disappointed.
Drinks was not strong more water down. Had to send some of drinks back. They didn’t have all the items to make the drinks they had on the menu.
Food: ups and down part. Lamb chops was great.
Fried rice add shrimp and chicken it was dry and overcooked to the point it was burnt.
Mac & cheese just tasty like noddles with cheese thrown on top and placed in the oven Smdh.
Shrimps and grits was delicious.
Chicken wings was delicious as well.
Crab balls was delicious
Soup we order was okay not a big fan could’ve been paired with some type of bread..
Let’s get into the night club part. I had a blast upstairs at the night part. Vibe was wonderful. Bartender listen and made just perfect upstairs. Upstairs the mix drinks was strong and I love it. We was doing shots after shots tip bartender. Did ask bartender to take a shot with me for my birthday, she declined but I love that for her she was very nice and I just loved her whole vibe. Now other ones didn’t have a great vibe like her. Wish I would’ve got her name.
So if you want come have a great time come at night for night club.

First, I would like to start by saying I enjoyed myself so much at this restaurant and lounge I went twice in one week, which is unheard of. During my first visit, I experienced their happy hour and house music night. That’s right, there is a place in Baltimore where you can dance and listen to house music. When I returned for my second visit, I attended a live jazz event. It was absolutely wonderful. The tickets were $35, which included food (not guaranteed). By time I made it to the buffet everything was gone which was fine. I just ordered from the restaurant’s menu. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself during both outings because of the atmosphere, diverse crowds and music. If you never been to Noir, I strongly recommend you stopping pass…they do not disappoint. Wait and I also made an appointment at their appointment only Barbershop Flava to have the nap of neck cleaned up. This truly is a one stop shop to fulfill your needs.

The overall vibe is small and intimate. The service is not the best. The decor is nice.
The old bay wings were DELICIOUS! The shrimp cocktail is also good. The pasta was alright and the mashed sweet potatoes were watery but had a potential, but the Mac and cheese, was a disgrace. Literally melted cheese on noodles. It was probably the least appetizing food item I’ve had in a while. I would absolutely NOT Recommend this item at all!
Overall, I would go back for the wings but carry out.

Yummy food and great service. I started with the crab balls that were delicious. It comes with asparagus and dipping sauce. I followed that up with an order of the cheese steak egg rolls, which hit the spot. Our server Dae was amazing. We asked her to move us to the bar when two spots became available. She immediately moved us as a couple left, and the real fun started. She simply asks, “Are you drinking brown or white? After you make the call, she starts to create drinks. She’s very heavy-handed!! For dinner, I enjoy the Cajun chicken pasta with shrimp. The Cajun is very spicy. After dinner, we moved to the lounge, which is upstairs. Dae followed us up and continued to make drinks. It was a very good time. I highly recommend stopping by for food and a good time.

There was a big mix up with waiting for a table. We were a party of 5, the hostess entered 6 . The hostess also entered that we requested the upstairs area for hookah, which was incorrect. None of our party even smoke! This all made our wait time an hour and half! I asked to speak to the manager and she cleared things up, got us seated. The owner even came over to apologize which we appreciated! Their wings are addictive so I’ll always return for that reason alone.

Wings were great. Bartender made a bomb Cadillac Margarita . It was just hot, but nxt time I’ll bring fan and I wish there was more bar seating. Other than that I would go back for another solo adventure .
