Easily the nicest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Seriously clean. Employees were KIND and patient, even when my kids took forever to order. I saw them being super patient with everyone who came in. Like- notably nice and kind. Knew the menu through and through. Clean bathrooms. Highly recommend this location!

This place could not have been nicer. My daughter is sick and requested green ice cream with sprinkles. She is 3 and does not like mint. I went in thinking they would not be able to do much but figured I would ask anyway. I will not have a disappointed kid… so happy they were so nice to make me a food colored green vanilla ice cream.

Stopped on our way home from the beach. Saw the low ratings but stopped anyways. We had great, friendly service. We were greeted with a smile by the cashier. Received our hot meal quickly. We thought they did a great job! Will return.

Had a gentleman named Jennings wait on me and my daughter at the counter lastnight. Very nice guy. Never had a bad experience here!

This was the most disgusting blizzard i’ve ever had in life. I ordered an original cookie dough blizzard. You can’t mess up. This taste was so atrocious I gagged. Will not be returning again. Finally, when the worker gave me the blizzard and did the flip it went all over my car and still gave it to me.

Someone messed my burger a little, but great service – that Ana girl was really sweet and made me feel really comfortable and happy. Definitely coming again.

I’ve eaten at really bad DQ’s before, and reading these reviews made me worried to go here. I’m happy to say the food was fresh, fully cooked and delicious!!! My blizzards were also yummy. I’d definitely come back to this DQ again for sure. Service was nice and quick too!

I am disappointed. I got my banana split ice cream and it was ALL melted! I used my reward points and I guess they didnt care enough.

This was my first time and last time at this location in Denton. I’m not sure if it was me comparing it to the Easton location in which they would get a 5 star, but this was the worst experience at a Dairy Queen I’ve had. I’m not even sure where to start. When we first walked in we were like oh this place is really nice, and it was, it was clean. We had to wait for which felt like a lifetime to even be acknowledged at the counter and they weren’t busy at all, the drive thru that was busy I will give them that but inside was not and the amount of employees working the back there should have been a designated counter employee, all the employees kept looking at us and not one acknowledgement. FINALLY someone came over and took our order. It was odd that she asked for my son’s ice cream because typically you just get a coupon and you can come back up. But anyways I told her what he would want. We pick our table and sit down. Next thing we see is the cashier girl bringing my son his sundae before we even get our food. She said oh I’m sorry. I’m sorry what? Why would I want the ice cream before the food. I told her to take it back. Next we finally get our food. My sons happy meal was fine. My burger was the worst one I’ve ever had. I could have went to McDonald’s and been happier. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, the bread was stale and it tasted like raw onions. My friend burger was okay but the same thing cold and she had 2 different cheeses on her burger as if they weren’t paying attention. They charged my friend for ranch and didn’t charge me. When we were done I went to get my sons ice cream I ended up just getting a dilly bar because you can’t mess that up. Another lady had her ice cream messed up, she said there was coconut in it and they told her they didn’t have any in the restaurant but told her that and then said he wasn’t sure what it was. That’s assuring to know that they don’t know what was put in the ice cream. She also told me the cashier said she couldn’t flip the ice cream because the blizzard was too runny, I’m sorry again what? The rule to dairy cream is if you don’t flip it, it’s free. That alone should have been a clue that the blizzard wasn’t made right. She also said it was her last time there and easton is her go to also. I’m not sure if this was just an off night but I hope that no one else gets the experience of what my friend and me had along with the other family that was in there. I normally don’t complain but when we paid $30ish I expect the food to be decent.
