Have been to several places for latte and some pastries, but never left any review cuz I’m from Uzb and it’s not smth usual to leave a review. Honestly, I’ve have the best plain latte here with honey and butter croissant in huge size which made me full. Talking abt coffee, foam was really smooth like a cloud on top of my coffee, pity I didnt tell abt making less sweet earlier, but really enjoyed from it. Plus, love the books and baby changing availability

Some of the best bread and pastries I’ve had in North Dallas. Got the strawberry guava poptart, monkey bread and almond orange cookie and all were fantastic. Will definitely be back in the future.

Delicious unique pastry in a super cute open space! The sweet potato casserole cream puff with an added marshmallow especially was so soft and fluffy. The cranberry bar was the perfect bit of tart and crunch. Love that they have seasonal favorites to try out.

What a gem hidden away in a strip shopping center! We are so lucky to have such a gourmet spot for meeting friends or solo dining for breakfast and/or lunch in a casual, welcoming atmosphere. I have visited La Casita several times with a friend, alone, and with my husband. The food never disappoints and I always look forward to the cheerful service from Sam and Hannah. These ladies have been very attentive to making sure the food is just right and both have made excellent suggestions informing us of the levels of spice or the size (many are perfect for sharing!) in some of the dishes. I appreciate being able to confidently try all the amazing options here. The walk back to the restrooms is also very informative as you get a glimpse of the bakers hard at work baking for their several sites. Get ready to try the revolving weekend fabulous pastry specials and to choose a favorite weekday pastry!

As soon you walk in you can just feel how positive the atmosphere here is and it’s just so welcoming. Service was 10/10, waitress was super nice and recommended me to order the chilaquiles. Food was BOMB! Husband ordered the Cuban and he loved it. My son ordered the classic burger ( it’s 2 meats) and he was stuffed and happy. Got some bakery items as well, almond croissant (10/10) Churro Cruffin (8/10) Banana muffin (9/10) Strawberry Guava pop tart (8/10) Overall, it was great!

The bake shop is cute and has great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered a hot vanilla latte, pesto Parmesan croissant and a peach cream pastry. Both were very delicious! Highly recommend!

La Casita Bakeshop is a true hidden gem in Richardson! We stopped by and tried two pastries — one traditional and one unique — and both were absolutely incredible. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced in flavor.

But the real showstopper was the Birria Brisket Croque Madame. For $19, you get birria-braised brisket and melty Oaxaca cheese between sourdough, topped with a rich Oaxaca mornay sauce, pickled red onions, a sunny-side-up egg, and a touch of salsa macha. It knocked my socks off — rich, flavorful, and worth every bite.

We’re already planning our next visit to explore the rest of their breakfast menu. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Turkish coffee was a bit off in flavor but the food was good. A little on the overpriced side, but what isn’t these days.
