We just ate at the Freddy’s in Durango CO and it was delicious. The Manager greeted everyone with enthusiasm. Very friendly and walked by all of the tables checking on all of us.

Had a lunch with my dad and he ordered the number six. I think it was a hotdog and I ordered the number one the cheeseburger and it was pretty good. I’ve always liked their burgers and I like their fry sauce but the only thing I hate is there a shoe string fries Sometimes it’s OK but it’s always it gets hard once it gets cold but other than that, it’s fine. I really like their fries sauce or spicy fries sauce and there’s one with jalapeño so the service was great. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and I don’t mind coming back for the burgers. It’s pretty good And I know I hate your fries, but I love the fry sauce.

First time trying this chain. We ordered chicken strips and patty melt meals. I thought the regular sized meals were enough for two people…I guess it depends on how hungry you are. Our meals were fresh and delicious. Love the shoe string fries. Staff were friendly and service was fast for dine-in. Bathrooms were clean too.

Worst Freddy’s ever. We ordered kids meals for our kids. Most Freddy’s give the meals in separate bags, and they put it in a giant bag. They also didn’t give us they toy that comes with the kids meals. Kids were definitely bummed.

My husband loves their food so we eat here fairly often and the last time we went they really skimped on the portion sizes. Also their prices went up. Usually the basket bottom is covered with cheese curds and as you can see in this pic there was not near that many. The employee my husband talked to about the curds was not friendly and just said it was a full order of curds:(

This place is really going downhill. Waited several minutes just for someone to say anything in the drive through. Only 2 cars and it took 10 minutes of waiting. Tried to pay with cash and they told me that they couldn’t break any big bills at 12:10 pm. Really in the middle of the lunch hour?

I liked the patty melt quite a bit. Not crazy about the lemon custard drink but decent, kids will definitely drink it! I was a bit frustrated when they forgot our shakes and then we ultimately didn’t receive the Pepsi we paid for. Nice lady at the drive threw window.
