I absolutely love Dutch Bros and this location is hands down one of my favorites. From the moment you pull up, the energy is unmatched. The staff is always upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there, which makes such a difference. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
My drinks are always made perfectly, no matter how specific my order is. Whether I’m getting a classic favorite or trying something new, it always tastes consistent, fresh, and delicious. They are so patient when explaining menu options and giving recommendations, especially if you’re unsure what to get. I’ve discovered some of my favorite drinks just by trusting their suggestions.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 10 mins while employees were running around outside, a white female and black male. We asked if they would take our order (we had sat there a bit) and they just ignored us. This was around 7am so I know they were open. As we proceeded to drive off, we seen the male laughing in the window. We wont be back here. They should hire people who are competent enough to make a coffee. We sent a photo of the mail just standing watching us to their corporate office. We wouldve been fine, if they had just said, give us a few but it was the laughing in the window at us that was disrespectful.

My absolute favorite part of my day is stopping at Dutch bros Kitty Hawk, the employees make it 100000% more fabulous!!!!! Rae, Mia, and Naomi are such gems but all of the workers spread the love and make it a very enjoyable stop on my route!!!!

Got in line and the 2 cars ahead of me got their drinks, no worries, woman was taking a car to my rights order I assumed she’d come to us next as we were next. Nope she did not, continued to the cars behind us. When another woman handing drinks to cars came out I asked what happened because we hadn’t gotten our order taken yet and that the other woman ‘would come take our order after a bit’ and walked away as I was letting her know we were behind the car that just got their order and drove off. We ended up leaving. Unsure if they’d blame the bees on the sign but we were a good distance from the window and the woman taking orders saw us. Love dutch but this experience sucked.

This drive-thru coffee shop has always been one of my favorites fast, consistent, and super convenient. But what really sets it apart is the amazing service, especially from one employee I believe her name is Tatiyana.
Even through the drive-thru window, Tatiyana brings so much warmth and energy to every interaction I have had(I go every morning before work lol). She’s always smiling, always kind, and somehow manages to make even a quick coffee run feel personal and uplifting. Whether it’s remembering my order, recommending something new, or just brightening my morning with a cheerful “have a great day,” she goes above and beyond. Her positivity is genuine and she clearly cares about the customers she serves.

The pine in the morning is very unclear and very unorganized. I sat there waiting for the person to come and take my order while the other cars kept cutting in front of me in the lane closest to the building. it was unclear if I was supposed to be cutting in when it was my turn to order or if the person was supposed to take my order. Regardless, person outside should be taking orders in turn and making sure that people that come into the line first are taking care of first. When the third car did this, I just left.
If there aren’t supposed to be two lines then there should be a cone in the second line if it’s going to be ignored 1/12/26 7:45

won’t go to this dutch location anymore. Followed directions by picking the shortest line and the guy skipped me by taking all the orders behind me. I pulled up to the window and told them he had skipped me and they took my order. I normally tip but today i didn’t, the guy that was running didn’t even come up to my car to ask if i had been helped. When I placed my order at the window they made the drinks for all the cars behind me instead of making my fast (i get they have to go in order but still). Then 5 of them preceded to go out and talk to a former employee before they even made my drink. When my drink was handed to me it had coffee dripping all down the sides of it. I normally don’t write bad reviews but I just had to this time.
