Nice cozy spot for brunch. Good for individuals, couples, or small groups. The food was made really well and I would like to return to taste their dinner menu as well. There is a bar with some fun cocktails and mocktails. We had the Vietnamese coffee and that comes with condensed milk at the bottom but I do not believe I had a photo to share. I appreciate that they focus carefully on the menu items. I’m including some more photos in case they help with your decision. But so far this will be a repeat for us! I do not believe there is a dress code here… but I would call ahead to confirm. Reservations are recommended. There is a very limited kids menu and you could find their latest menu on their website.

This is a French-leaning bistro menu with a strong classic technique foundation (confits, velouté, jus, terrine, Calvados, béarnaise, etc.
We tried the cauliflower gratin and the duck leg. The gratin was nicely structured, though a bit on the salty side for me, and the duck was tender, though the meat had a slight iron note, the mushroom risotto is fairy flavorful. The another we enjoyed is not-too-sweet dessert.
That said, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, genuinely caring about our experience, and very thoughtful in checking in throughout the meal. Their warmth and attention really made the visit enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience.

Decided to eat at St Genevieve for my anniversary because I heard good reviews. We had the pommes frites, mushroom risotto and royale with cheese (cheeseburger). I agree that you should ask for the sauce on the burger on the side. Atmosphere was good with candles as the centerpiece. Service was ok but felt a little long a couple of times. We were not asked for refills other than the coffee. The restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrive but was busy when we left. Overall it was an ok experience. The restaurant and menu look more like fine dinning but one of the staff was wearing a sports jersey and plenty of customers were in sweaters and jeans.

The food has never disappointed us and their service is consistent. We enjoy their oysters very much on this side of town, and their brunch is great.

We had a fabulous brunch for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for anything more!
Zach our server had his hands full with our party of 14 and to our great delight he and several others kept us well fed and tended to with charm and grace.
Every item ordered was beyond delicious and the surprise gift of several desserts along with staff honoring the birthday girl with a little celebratory candle while starting us all off in singing Happy Birthday made us feel seen and embraced!

Had a lovely brunch with my partner and her parents. The atmosphere walking in is very inviting and intimate. The service was splendid with nice appropriate information. The food was stunning! Everything was perfectly balanced with flavor and presentation. The brunch menu is limited but well rounded. We will be back for date night to try out the full dinner menu!

St Genevieve is a quaint restaurant just off 50th and Bryant. We went for brunch and enjoyed familiar brunch fare but with an exquisite French touch. For example, French toast but topped with sweet jam, or an omelette with puréed carrots. We will definitely be back again!

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was noisier than expected. Service was also slow. But this was our first time here, so can’t honestly say if that’s normal. However, the creme brulee was the absolute best I’ve ever had & the chocolate cream dessert was a huge crowd pleaser. Can’t wait to go back!

What a nice restaurant! We were soooo pampered by our waitress, we really felt utterly spoiled and the food was fantastic albeit a tad small in the portions.
Wonderful little restaurant that is worth visiting if you’re celebrating something for sure!
Why the four stars? They do the 15% obligatory gratuity and then you are expected to leave more which means that you’re leaving a 30% too which makes dining out a tad more expensive.
Wonderful wine and lovely service, sucks about the obligatory gratuity.

The duck was great, carrots were a bit under, Parisian gnocchi was underwhelming. Cheese plate was delicious but be warned you need to like blue cheese!
Overall nothing was bad but nothing wowed and for the price point I prefer other locations.
