Food was good, people were friendly, bathroom was disgusting -which was the whole reason my sister and I stopped there in the first place! If it wasn’t for us needing to use it so bad, we definitely would’ve went somewhere else and only ate there, because that’s where we stopped to use the bathroom. Night manager was very nice. Staff was nice, too. We’ve gone to this one several times before during the day. That ‘s why we stopped there, and the bathroom was always clean. So, I definitely think it’s getting a bit neglected at night.

Visited 12/30/25. All my food was luke warm yet just made. Original chicken sandwich the bun was extremely hard to the point i had to throw it away and just eat the chicken, the mayo and lettuce seemed old so I wiped both off with a napkin and the cheese i had added was half off the sandwich and didn’t look like the normal cheese it was really thin and tasteless. My bacon cheeseburger was extremely greasy to the point half the bun was wet with grease and had to be torn off and thrown away, barely had any ketchup the burger looked burnt and old, threw half or more away, it tasted that bad. Fries were okay but not hot. Stomach was upset after eating there. Staff seemed friendly and I didn’t wait long. The drive-thru window was extremely dirty and I can only imagine the inside of the restaurant. Need better management and employees, I see why there’s rarely any cars going here despite being in a location that’s busy. Won’t be back to this location for awhile.

Slow, people are nice but it’s terribly managed or understaffed. I typically smell weed at this location as well. In the drive through, there is no way to bail out if they’re taking forever. It’s better to go to the one by the Kohls on Monroe than this location. Food is sometimes hot, sometimes cold.

The toast sticks were alittle way raw on inside everything else was I mean okay. The service was better then the food. However it seems like this is just a quick go to place. Maybe drinks and fries. However that’s doesn’t mean can not change depending on the workers

The staff aren’t bad but you can tell they don’t want to be at work. The food tastes okay but I have eaten better tasting food at bk. Our milkshakes didn’t come with whip cream. The onion rings tasted as if the were over cooked or just sat. Our food was out within seconds, so not fresh.

I just left there, the workers are awesome but my order is always wrong by the time I get home, yes I should check but with hungry kids, no time, they’re just ready to eat, and I thought maybe they’d get it right considering I was the only one in line.

I went to the Burger King at Monroe and Central Avenue. I walked in and was going to order at the counter and then just decided to do an online purchase. I wanted to try the chicken fries and the mozzarella fries and then I just ordered some regular fries with that. I placed two identical orders except one had 12 chicken and one had eight. Food was great. Only critique is that when I got home I realize there wasn’t any marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries. And I checked the bag before I left the restaurant and just didn’t realize. So partially my fault for not noticing and asking for it while I was there but then again they also didn’t put it in there to begin with so there is that. Other than that everything was great. I don’t eat fast food that often but when I do Burger King is one of four places I will go.

The food is fine on those rare occasions that you get what you order, but that almost never happens. Most recently they shorted me a chicken nuggets. They routinely screw up anything remotely resembling a special order, e.g., leave off the onions, leave off the mustard. The order is getting taken okay, because I always check to make sure the order on the sign is what I want, but inevitably what’s in the bag when I pick it up at the take out window is something different than what I ordered. This Burger King needs a manager or more careful staff.
