Great spot all around. The pizzas are delicious, the salads are fresh, and the team could not be friendlier. Highly recommend the pizza, and if you have a gluten allergy like I do, their gluten-free dough and level of care are truly unmatched. Bonus: they also have fantastic baked goods.

Confused why there are so many great reviews. The food here left a lot to be desired. I have had bbq all over (family is from down south) and this was mid at best. Very fatty meat with small portion (brisket). The pulled pork was decent and a big portion. The fries were the best part (and the music). But they forgot to give me fries that I ordered so I had to go up to ask and it took another 10+ minutes to get them. We were done eating by then. And they only gave us 3 packets of ketchup? Seriously? The side orders for meals were in tiny cups that places usually provide for condiments. But the prices are expensive. I don’t mi d paying good money for good food. This was not it. Hard pass.
Edit for response to owner: We were never given an option for sizing when we ordered. Perhaps you should provide that detail on the menu to avoid confusion and disappointment. We waited quite a long time for food and then they had not brought my fries. Which then took an additional 10 minutes. We are talking 40 minutes before all food was provided. Had it been busy this would have seemed normal. It was not busy (not 2 other tables). As I stated, my sandwich (the brioche) was good. The minuscule sides for a big price (along with the very small very fatty portion of brisket) was disappointing. I recognize this is not “fast food” like McDonald’s and I don’t mind paying good money for good food with good portions. Sadly, this did not meet expectation. And I like to provide honest reviews for others who are looking to spend their hard earned money at an establishment.

Briskette & Birdie was a quick stop for a snack on the drive back home, and I’m really glad we stopped. Even though it doesn’t look like a typical pizzeria from the outside, they make a seriously good pie. One bite in and my daughter looked at me and said, “This is excellent,” which pretty much said it all.
The sauce has great flavor and complements the cheese instead of overpowering it. The crust had just the right amount of char, enough to add depth without crossing into burnt like some places do. Overall, I’m glad we tried it and would highly recommend stopping in.

I found this spot on Instagram and I was so happy I decided to go on a whim. The food is so fresh and quickly made! Beef tallow fries are unmatched. The Thanksgiving turkey sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever tried. Keep doing what you’re doing, foods amazing!

Wow. What an incredible lunch we had here. Everything fresh and homemade and each ingredient really thought about. We ate the brisket and fries and it was some of the best barbecue I have had. Lovely picnic tables outside to eat. I highly recommend coming here and don’t leave without getting the baked goods. All homemade ❤️ all food truly made with the customer in mind

This place was delicious!!! We happened upon it while exploring the area from out of town. Some of the best brisket I have had in a long time. Brisket sandwich was fresh and tender and flavorful. Cheese pizza was also very good. French fries were amazing hot, fresh, crispy and soft on the inside. Would definitely be back. Keep up the good cooking!

This place did not disappoint!! My husband and I arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night and ordered right away. We had the brisket sandwich, tallow fries, and the San Diego tacos (brisket, pico de gallo, and tallow fries). Everything tasted so fresh. Don’t sleep on the snickerdoodles…they are some of the best we’ve had.

Extremely nice and kind service from the woman who runs the place. As the ordering shed was closed due to the cold, we went into the barn kitchen to order which looked extremely well kept and smelled nicely of freshly baked cookies.
Our Mac&Cheese and sandwiches were great! My favorite is the PorkSando.
Great to see a passionately run restaurant in Canaan. I urge you to try out Briskette&Birdie.

Amazing spot. We had Delicious Smash Burger , that came with the best tallow fries I have ever had. I will be making a weekly trip just for fries. BBQ chicken was moist and lightly smoked, the pineapple slaw was sweet and tangy what a great surprise. Chocolate Chip Cookie was soft and buttery , big enough to share. What a great find on a cold winter day. Thanks Honor , we loved it so and will be back often.

This place is a must visit. There is a lot to choose from. I ordered the brisket tacos and was shocked at how good they were. They were freshly made with fresh vegetables, in a toasty tortilla. There are also big cookies as one of the dessert options. The service was friendly and professional. The location is great with a parking lot right in front. There are outdoor tables and chairs to the side with plenty of space for large groups. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
