Man in the drive thru is beyond rude. Went inside because my order was wrong (for the 5th time) and he tried to bribe me by saying “if you give me a good review on google I will correct your order” who does that?! Corporate really needs to shut this place down immediately!!!

Spicy chicken Sandwich with extra sauce is what I ordered. It has a nice kick to it. Tasty in my opinion. Mozerella sticks are very string cheesy. Bite into it and you get a nice string of cheese. The seasoning could be worked on in the crust. Alot skinner then Arby mozerella sticks. The fries were soft and not crispy. Everything was hot and well put together. No sloppy fixings. The location only has drive thru only. No dine in. Customer Service was very Friendly. And food was prepared fast.

A Mexican guy with black hair in charge of the drive thru line today 10/4/25 at 8:53pm did not understand a word I was saying first of all I ordered the new Halloween meal I asked for an extra patty on the burger I was missing that and my cheese and bacon were missing I also didn’t get the hat it should come with I was then told they don’t have the sundae it comes with so they are giving chocolate ice cream pie instead and I never got that either I also ordered 2 meat Pattie’s with veggies and I only got 1 with no veggies either I don’t understand how all of this was missed besides poor English. He didn’t understand what I was saying this was a really bad experience and I will never come to this location again. And his name isn’t even on the receipt for me to make a complaint.

Place my order online for my two whoppers and when I went to go pick it up through the drive-through I distinctly said please make sure that it has heavy onions on the whoppers because I have ordered several times before about four times before and every time I ask for extra something, it never gets done so she’s like we we put on what is on the order. OK mind you I thought it was fulfilled correctly because the burger felt sick. I didn’t open it. I should have but when I got home and opened up the whopper, it wasn’t a whopper. It was a whopper with like six small hamburger patties on each one I’d rather you said oh we’re out of whopper patties and then refund me my money. The food was uneditable like that’s have you seen a whopper with that many patties in it like Like come on like all I know is that the Burger King on sunrise Road do not go to that one they do not get your order right whatsoever. This is the sixth time that I’ve given him. The chance I should’ve stopped at three but it’s close to my house, but this was the last that was last straw that’s too many hamburger patties and a whopper I didn’t ask for a double whopper you gave me six patties and two whoppers so that’s 12 patties and a whopper that like that that’s just ridiculous if I could go up higher and management to who owns this restaurant, I would complain to them I would like my money back like that like that’s ridiculous. We didn’t even eat it because I was like this we took maybe like two or three try to take two or three bites out of it. Just so much meat most people would be happy but no, I just wanted a simple whopper and they can’t even do that. The workers don’t don’t go there.

Parking lot full of holes. Signs half-ass work. Drive thru speaker is crap. You will need a front end alignment after visiting this place. Nothing is kept up. I’ll post pics of signs and foot deep potholes next time I go through. Sad thing is Burger King has great prices but the property needs to be kept up. Especially off a major freeway (I-35).
