Best sausage since I left Texas! Wow! Everything was amazing! The papaya salad with 1 chili, wings, and sausage link was the best combination! Everything is balanced and full of flavor. First time trying Hmong food but definitely not our last!

Was in the area and decided to stop by in the late afternoon to pick up some takeout stuffed chicken wings. Ordered 6 wings to share with the family and the owner of the place is friendly and kind. She asked that we needed to wait around 15 minutes for her to warm up the wings.
The wings came out piping hot and we re-heated the wings at home later in the evening.
The stuffing is very tasty but slightly dry. Perhaps, it could be that the wings were over-fried? Not sure as we remembered our first visit a while ago, the wings were much more juicy and tasty.
I enjoyed my meal there a while ago and would definitely give it a try again as this may just be that it was over-cooked on this visit?
We love Hmong food and would definitely support this place again and give them another chance.

Outstanding….the sausage and the stuffed wings are a real treat. Will be back to try the 2-3 additional menu items. Owner is one of the nicest people. An absolute gem in Beaverton and some of the best value you will find anywhere in the area.

Tried the stuffed wings and the “David” sandwich. The sandwich was decent but the wings were fairly average, very greasy with not much flavor. Perhaps our expectations were too high given the hype.

Big portions of very flavorful food. Everything is definitely made with love and well seasoned. The owner of the cart is super friendly as well and really brightened our evening! The David is a massive sandwich that is a great deal at only $8!

The food is amazing. Love to split a The David and get some Phat Wings to share. Food is always fresh, the bread is soft and toasted to perfection, the wings are magical and everything has so much flavor. Super impressed by this unassuming food cart!

La’s Cart is a must-visit! The Thai iced tea is the best I’ve had, the twice cooked pork is packed with flavor, and “The David” sandwich is next-level delicious. Also, I love the chilies she gives with the food — easily my favorite part. Everything is made with care and heart. Don’t miss this hidden gem!
