The crew has gotten pretty bad, I will be going to the East Ridge Little Caesars after my recent experience here and I use to come here all the time. A couple weeks ago I ordered delivery I had wanted the Old World Pepperoni pizza that clearly stated it has over 100 pepperoni’s on it with a caramelized crust, I wasn’t even expecting a full 100 pepperoni’s but what I got half of the pizza almost didn’t have any pepperoni’s on it, the pizza was made like a regular pepperoni pizza granted it had the old world pepperoni on it but it wasn’t near what was advertised, it’s a $11 pizza I’m paying for the 100+ pepperoni’s when I buy it and one of the guys that makes the pizzas wanted to come to the counter and give me attitude back about it. He said the pizza was made the way it’s suppose to and I have a photo of it that says otherwise. There was also another night a month prior to this where I waited almost an hour and he was the same guy I told that night how long I was waiting and he never got my pizza to my that night either I ended up getting a full refund for both of these incidents but, I don’t feel safe coming back here till that guy is gone.

Whoever they have making their pizza needs to be reminded to pay attention to all the details on the tickets. We clearly ordered crazy crust and this is NOT crazy crust.

I’ve went there 3 times over the last month and not one time have they had pepperoni or cheese pizza ready even though they claim hot and ready. Twice I walked out and didn’t wait but the last time it was only a few minutes so I waited and the pizza was awful. It was burnt as you can see in the picture. This is the worst Lil Caesar’s location I’ve ever dealt with.

To the owners and operators of the establishment, app, and company; stop lying and putting out false info. Some of us in the food industry mean it when we say, “open till 10pm” and if you let someone start an order on your app at 9:25 and they pay at 9:30 you probably shouldnt cut them out. Also, if your employees “have to make everything by hand at 9:30 and itll take 30-40 minutes” for some reason, then close at 9:30! and just stop making pizzas when it gets ridiculous. Dont advertise being open till 10 on an app that doesnt let you put in an order till 10 for a pick up and Im sitting in your dining room not wanting to keep your 2 workers from making pizzas and cleaning. Also, if you are going to advertise and sell pizzas and be open till 10 pm, dont “only offer cheese and pepp” for 30 minute wait times for the last 30 minutes. close at 9:30 and offer walk in hot and readys til 10 or until supply lasts for the day and tell us that, dont tell people that have had a long day and are starving and need something fast and affordable a bunch of lies and annoying bs from the app, the employees and your ads and confuse us while we are hangry. Wanted to give you a few stars for the normally good food but, I have no food because you wont offer the online orders that you wont let me order while im in the building and then limit me on what I can buy. If you dont wanna be in the food industry business, then dont but, you cant act like yall donate your extra pizzas at the end of the night if you are setting up the business model to not have any left over either. Thats just bs acting like you give back but, youd give back more to us struggling and barely staying afloat by offering us affordable, quick access food that isnt Micky Ds, which is where Im going now sadly even though after typing for 10 minutes now with my stomach growling you all still have 20 minutes left to be open…

Door were closed and locked before advertised end of business day ( at least 1 hr early) was told the manger wanted to leave early so he sent most employees home and locked the doors… This is a franchised location .. Im sure the owner of dislocation needs to be notified.

I recently visited a Little Caesars location that completely redefined my expectations for the chain, and I’m still savoring the experience. Unlike any other Little Caesars I’ve tried, this spot crafts their pizzas with genuine care and love, elevating what’s often seen as a budget-friendly option into something truly special.

The star of the show was the crust—plump, crispy, and buttered to perfection. None of that dry, flavorless cardboard you sometimes get at other locations. It had a golden crunch that reminded me of Pizza Hut’s iconic pan pizza, with just the right balance of chewiness and richness. Each bite was a delight, with the buttery notes amplifying the overall flavor.

Despite the place being slammed during my visit, the quality didn’t falter. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings that were generously spread, not just sprinkled on as an afterthought. It’s clear this location takes pride in their work, putting in the effort to make every pie stand out.

Compared to other Little Caesars I’ve been to, where the bare minimum seems to be the standard, this spot is in a league of its own
