Very cute and nostalgic here. Very quick on coffee refills. I like my coffee a tad stronger but that’s personal preference.
We each ordered 2 eggs n toast. One had hash browns, the other bacon, a side of sausage and we shared everything. Coffees and water.
Food was good. Sausage patties were small and salty for $4 but good. We spent $30 and tipped $5.

This place is our absolute favorite for breakfast! It is usually packed with a wait line during peak times, but it is so worth the wait! It has a cozy mom&pop diner feel and the food is like home-cooked. The staff are great, and I always feel as if I went to eat at a family member’s house by the whole experience. Prices are good as well. Highly recommend this place!!!

Astounding breakfast portions, piles of eggs and hashbrowns, homemade toast, ginormous pancakes and super tasty blueberries (in season). Warm and witty waitresses, a homey, rustic vibe and just an authentic, real-deal kinda joint. No BS.

Four hungry cyclist stopped in. Four fueled cyclists left. Each serving was plentiful if not really flavorful. My corn beef hash touted on the menu but was bland with little oniony corn beefy savoriness I wanted. And the sourdough toast not distinguishable from white bread. My parents and I had breakfast at The Lumberjak Shak on a busy Saturday morning. After waiting for a spot to open up, we were seated in a booth. Although it was about lunchtime, we all opted for omelets. My dad got the sausage gravy-covered sawyer while my mom and I ordered vegetarian omelets. I got a side of hash browns with onions as well. My dad had rye toast, and my mom had cinnamon swirl toast. All three of us were pleased with the food. My mom even commented to our server that it was one of the best omelets she’s ever had. Since she’s almost 77, that’s high praise!
If you haven’t been here recently, you’re in for a pleasant surprise because the facility was renovated during the pandemic. The parking lot was redone, and the inside and outside of the building were remodeled. The menu continues to have the same items, including breakfast and lunch favorites.

Finally got to eat Lumberjak Shak in fremont. OMG sooo good. Left beyond full and with leftovers. Once we walked in we loved the feel of the place.The staff made us feel welcomed right away. Great portion sizes for a low price! Will definitely be back for more!!!

If you’re cool with that, this place is amazing! The pancakes are most impressive, and I appreciate their sausage gravy.
Because the portion sizes are gargantuan, the value is good!
I will return as often as I can.
