Ordered a pizza and was told 1.5 hr wait. Got my pizza 2hrs and 20 minutes later (only one pizza). Was there waiting from 1hr. Asked multiple times about it and was ignored. When they finally gave it to me it was cold and cheese was not warm at all. First hard. Terrible. Not to mention the last working the counter was super rude to everyone ordering.

14” and breadsticks $28 that included the $3 off deal. They charge $4 delivery and never have before – the sign in the picture on top the building even says “free delivery”!
Ordered at 5:22 pm and called at 7:22 pm to cancel and was told it was out for delivery. 7:39 pm it was at my house, paid and tipped accordingly. Breadsticks were burnt & cold and pizza was so old the crust stuck to the box from moisture when it was hot and the cheese was hard. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and understand how bad it is! I understand this establishment just went under a new owner and it’s NOT great! Eat frozen, it’s better, hot and won’t take over 2 hours!!!
Driver was nice and apologized even though I know it wasn’t his fault.

I ordered pizza for Super Bowl Sunday. Obviously a big day for pizza. I called my order in around 330pm for 5pm. I got there 5 mins early. I proceeded to wait 35 mins before I had to leave because I had perishable food in the car. I dropped the food off at home and came back. It was ready when I arrived at 545. I don’t understand how you can 8-10 employees working and no one expediting orders, getting with customers and giving realistic time frames. They had 15 people in the lobby and wouldn’t stop taking phone calls. Take care of the customers in front of you first. The food was decent and so was the temperature. Management needs to step it up and be present.

Ordered my food via the phone and was told it would be an hour wait for carry out. We wait the hour and show up still our food wasn’t in the oven or for that matter even made. I was told another 15 minutes for our food waited another 30 minutes went in to check and they had just put our food in saying it would be maybe 15 more minutes. Very disappointed that it took 1 hr and 45 minutes to get a very simple order even started. I know there is new management but they really need to look at how they are doing orders and the new system they have. I drive 30 minutes to get Paul Revere’s pizza out of my way. I hope they are able to figure it out and soon before we lose another good place.

The pizza was AMAZING. I love that they’re open later than anywhere else when I need food and I want it HOT and tasty! Great customer service even though I (well who I was with) ordered way late..minutes shy of closing! (Literally in just enough time for them to finish the order.) Not to mention everything I have tried on their menu I have loved.

Brand new to Des Moines, just relocated 2 months ago and found this spot, open late and the pizza is good. We’ve ordered a few times and been pleased every time with the speed of delivery, and the quality of food.
This time we recieved the totally wrong order. Not sure who’s fault it was but I was the one out of almost 50.00 with delivery fees so I called the establishment and spoke to man named Mark who said he is the stores General Manager and I explained what happened, he looked up the order and confirmed my name I also requested he look up my past orders to see that what was sent this time is nothing like what I usually order and explained I knew it was some sort of tech error with the uber app, I asked that he make it right by sending out a new pizza or by adding a credit to the account so I’d feel okay about making another order after losing 50.00 and all Mark cared about was that it wasn’t HIS FAULT. He wasn’t greasping taking care of your loyal customers , totally went over his head .
I explained to him that if he couldn’t take care of his client and make it right then I would not order from this establishment again and that I would leavea review, to which he responded by raising his voice and telling me I’m threatening him.
I will not be ordering from Paul Reveres EVER . That was my family dinner and there was nothing to it , so thanks.

This is an old school pizza place. The pizza is incredible! The marinara has excellent flavor & it is perfectly cooked. The bread sticks come out in a puddle of garlic butter & are delicious! They also offer free delivery around Des Moines. Definitely check them out
