Wow. i’ve done over 700 reviews. I only do one star reviews when I feel that it is a public safety hazard. This place is a wreck. It’s nasty. It’s unfortunate. The people don’t know how to communicate. The food was not on par of what chipotle Mexican Grill usually has. I wasted $20. Do not go here until they cleaned up.

I used the app and our food was ready when we got there. Also the app has a couple digital only deals so I’d recommend ordering that way. We both got the high protein double chicken bowls.

My experience at this Chipotle was really disappointing. The cashier seemed irritated from the moment I walked up, and she was openly cussing and acting frustrated while taking orders. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and came across as unprofessional.

What made the situation even more noticeable is that the other staff members — including the lady on the line and the manager helping with the food — were extremely kind, patient, and respectful. They were doing their best to keep things moving smoothly, and their attitude was the only positive part of the visit.

I hope management addresses the behavior at the register, because the rest of the team clearly cares about providing good service.

Two years ago, I ordered by online and it was not good experience. However I came back again after two years, the service and food quality were higher than before. The staff were friendly and salads and burritos were good.

I would like to mention about parking. There were parts pots in front of restaurant. Some spots were managed by Happy Park LLC. I just parked about 30min and I got the paper for the violation. So be careful when you park here.

I visited during the EMERGENCY weather alert during the ice storm. It was a miracle it was even open (and had to close early – understandably as employees had to get home in horrible weather conditions.) I wish I had gotten the woman’s name – she was beautiful and Latina (she was working the shift on Monday the 26th) and her kindness was a joy to behold. She made everyone felt more than welcome as most of us had lost power.
The food is a staple but honestly, it is the service of kind people during trying times that make this my go-to. I’ll be back! (I live out of town.) Thank you to the staff that makes a difference.

Ok I don’t ever leave reviews unless the experience is so bad that it needs to be reported. I order chipotle a lot and I rarely ever come to this location. Today it was close to my errands so I placed an online order. I couldn’t place a side of sour cream or vinaigrette online so I purposely came in a few minutes earlier to request this (happy to pay for it of course!) and the lady packing to-go orders was SO rude. She didn’t even let me speak just said “what’s the name” I told her and she goes “the order that’s ready at 1:10…you can wait” and then proceeded to turn her back to me very rudely without letting me explain that I came in early to ask for a side. Anyways so I finally get my order and I ask for the side of sauces and she rudely says I can’t get that from her (after I watched her hand a side of vinaigrette to someone else lol) so then I had to get in line and get it from the main counter. Also when I got my food (a quesadilla) it was falling apart and barely stuffed. Not sure what I paid $16 when the main entree was ripped off. Overall my experience was horrible due to the rude to-go orders staff member and lack of hospitality. I will not be coming back to this location. Save yourself the time and trouble

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I was forced to wait an unreasonably long time, and the staff showed absolutely no respect or professionalism. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.
The employees clearly do not care about customers at all. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation. If you value your time and expect basic human respect, avoid this place. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away.

I’ve been to over a dozen Chipotles across a half dozen states and this is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve dined at. 9pm on a Thursday, 10 people in line, no ice in the soda machine, no forks in the utensil bin, the tables and floors look like they haven’t been cleaned since they opened, and both trash bins are literally overflowing to the point people are putting their dirty bowls where the metal trays are supposed to go. Judging by the other reviews, this is a recurring problem and the manager needs to step it up

I’ve been to this chipotle multiple times, but the last time was not good service. Firstly, they were out of brown rice, which I can understand. Next, I asked for lettuce when moving to toppings and was told there was no lettuce, even though right before my friend asked for lettuce for the base of her bowl and was given it. Is there some kind of rule that you can’t get lettuce out of other sections? Or was the employee just being rude? It wasn’t even closing time so i’m confused as to why things weren’t restocked.

Its my first time here. Before I stopped by, I saw all the bad reviews, I said let’s try, maybe we find something else. But its really bad and those bad reviews are real. No customer service, they are almost out of everything, they just give you anything. You feel you they giving you food for free!
To be specific, most of not all Chipotle locations in Nashville snd around Nashville got bad rantings, weird!!
