I just purchased one churro. It was put in the microwave then deep fried and turned into leather! I waited way too long for this piece of dog food. Didn’t even try to eat this. It was hard and inedible. I will never go there again. Trash.

I want to love Los Hermanos because when they get it right the food is delicious…unfortunately, it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get what you want. I order the same “Los Burritos burrito” with grilled chicken, no rice. 3 times it’s been exactly as ordered and really good. Today was the 3rd time it was filled with rice and no beans. I didn’t have the desire to drive back to get what I ordered, and tipped well for so I’ve paid to eat the flour tortilla and toss the rest. Going forward it’s La Costa for me.

Food was amazing but whoever the guy that worked thrusday at 1127 am was rude. Their Dr Pepper had no syrup so I informed him and he told me I needed to drink it faster if I wanted the flavor. I was in the drive thru for less than 10 minutes. Be nicer to people

Went to this place today and first of all the wait line was 15-20 mins and then my 2 wet burritos carne asada was a lil burn but I just took out the burn meat which was already annoying since we were very hungry and I bought my husband some quesabirria tacos to take for lunch since he works graveyard shift and I’m ready to take them out the box to put in a plastic container for him and let me tell you these quesabirrias tacos were super burnt and how could the cook and cashier think this is ok for them to still give to customer. This is the last time I go to this place and also the cashier had a attitude like she just was trying to rush you when asking for salsa. So low on this restaurant to think this is ok to serve, if they don’t care about their customers then why work there. Judge for yourself, here it is, that way other people can see the charcoal quesabirrias tacos they served us.

I work right up the street so decided to give this place a try one day when I was craving Mexican food. This is my second time coming back just for the Asada fries. A little wait because they cook upon order which I’m not mad at. It’s still done in a timely manner plus I get an hour lunch so it’s fine with me. Both times were pretty good, piping hot and fresh. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t tried anything else besides the Asada Fries and a burrito and unfortunately I wasn’t very pleased with the burrito. But would definitely come back for the fries.

My recent experience here (August 28, 2025 around 2 pm) the customer service was WAYYYY off.
I ordered a mex burrito with NO guacamole (I’m allergic to avocado).
When my order was ready the burrito was COLD on the outside and inside.
Mind you he repeated the order to me.
(Usually it’s nice and hot and exactly how I ordered it.)
I went back to the counter and asked for a refund and left shortly after. I was really looking forward to my visit here but I will not be returning.

Food was a major disappointment. Most Mexican restaurants offer chips and salsa while you dine in. The beans were a bit salty. Some of my meat was burnt. My kids ordered a cheese burger, and it was extra for the sides.

We have been coming to this location for years. This is my Friday night fajitas stop. Usually, we call in our order and drive thru to pick up. I get the shrimp fajitas, they are super tasty and a good value for the money. Sometimes we get the nachos too, also very good. My husband likes the burritos. My daughter gets a cheeseburger and fries sometimes and really likes that as well. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!
