We love Panda Express. The restaurant is so clean, the food is fresh and the workers are top notch. We will keep coming back again and again. Try the family meal you won’t be disappointed it fed our whole family and we had leftovees for a little over $30!

So after so many years visiting the Panda Express finally we came to see that now they are worried about people getting fat . We order bigger plate but got servings for smaller plate. Not sure if they change their policy or just like to be mean. But this was the smallest portions of all the restaurants we visit over 30 states . We hav more hot peppers the meat in the plate . A few days later we order the same exact meal at different location and -WOW miracle- normal . So after I ask the manager about the size she confidently assured me that that is the right way to treat customers at her restaurant ! Obviously we will have a very serious issue next time I go there .I know that they try to show the people that they are the one that make the decisions there . But they forget that tray are there because of their costumers . So shame of the lady that had a bad day but this is not her money that she need to worry about . It is a restaurant policy and she shoud not worry about been mean but do her job the way is expected .

The store was super busy with people when we first came in and almost all the food was ordered before we got a chance to place ours. We ordered and had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food and Pam came and delivered our food to our table, was super apologetic and provided incredible customer service (and free egg rolls!). HUGE thank you to that team and store.

I was there last night and I got the lo mein. I was really disappointed. There was a huge piece of cabbage sitting on top of it. That was the end of the cabbage that was supposed to be cut off and thrown away. And the lo mein was 75% cabbage and hardly no noodles Very disappointed. I got it with my usual chicken and green beans which was good. Please try to change your amount of cabbage you put in my lo mein. It takes away from the flavor of the lo mein.

Was really enjoying this place – convenient location, large portions, reasonable prices, and mostly good service (slow sometimes, and not too enthusiastic about helping you near closing time). But…

…on our last visit, a customer walked in with a dog. Not a service dog – no identifying vest, just a large dog. And the staff did nothing to make the customer leave or remove the animal. So we just left and haven’t been back.

If you want to pretend that animals are people or are so emotionally fragile you cannot function without a support animal, that’s your issue – don’t force it on everyone else by bringing your dog everywhere and forcing other people to deal with the unhygienic consequences. And if you are a business, start standing up to these unreasonable people for the health and safety of all your other customers..

I went through the drive thru and realized I brought the wrong card! The lady at the drive thru told me my card declined twice. I then said I’m so sorry and to cancel the order. She said no, I will still make your meal. I saw her pay for it with her own card! The generosity was out of this world! When I said I will come back and pay her back tomorrow she said no, don’t worry about it. In the world we live in these days, it’s nice to know there are still generous people like her ❤️

Not a lot of gluten free options, the guy working there wasn’t aware of the gluten free options either. I wouldn’t go there again, the store was clean, but for the price of the food, wish the quality of the meat would be better – had the beef and broccoli and chicken teriyaki.

The honey sesame chicken was fresh out of the wok – very tasty. Elijah was super friendly. It was so refreshing to have a customer service experience where the employee seemed glad that you were there. Thanks!

Stopped Friday to pick up dinner ordered a plate and a bigger plate. The plate was fine but I ordered and was charged ($1.50 upcharge) for the walnut shrimp. But instead I received beef and broccoli. I live like 10 miles away and I wasn’t willing to drive an additional 20 miles round trip to return. Very disappointed as I really wanted the shrimp.
