The sourdough sandwich is not real sourdough. Literally the sandwich tastes like cardboard it’s so awful I’m not even going to eat it which sucks cause now I don’t have breakfast. The eggs are also like sponges and have 0 flavor.

Also the cereal milk coffee is good but it’s so sweet there’s literally no coffee flavor it just tastes like your drinking creamer.

I stopped in here to buy a drink. There was a trashcan full of trash sitting in the center of the food prep station that looked like something they take out to the dumpster. Rather than move the trash can no one was using out of the way, all three employees in the area kept touching it to move it out of the way as they were prepping drinks. No hand washing, no gloves. I was appalled and a little disgusted. Thankfully, I don’t think anyone touched anything that went into my drink with their hands, so I decanted it into a different container and threw away the cup.
The employee I interacted with was very friendly and patient with my questions. I’m still giving one star because of the hygiene concerns.

Cup filled to the top with ice, matcha with only blender foam and the wrong amount of sweetener. They must not know the recipe. Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to.

Avoid this place if you can. It’s just a counter attached to a gas station. When I arrived, there was one customer patiently waiting, a few cars in the drive through, and four young employees working. I waited at the cash register for around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. In the meantime, the other customer eventually received her order, and she was barely out of earshot before the employees began to insult her in front of me. They voiced their displeasure that customers were actually ordering, and they had to make drinks. There was nothing but a counter and three feet of space between me in the customer area and them in the open kitchen.

A young man arrived for his shift, clocked in, and greeted me. He was very pleasant and seemed embarrassed by the figurative dumpster fire burning around him. They only had about six kinds of doughnuts, and they were clearly mislabeled. He tried to identify what they were so I could order a half dozen when another employee interrupted and explained that their baker quit. I don’t think Dunkin has actually baked doughnuts in any of their stores in decades, and I assume no one else was willing to thaw and glaze whatever product they had in their freezer. While the new employee was trying to clean up the mess to make my coffee, one employee instructed him to make a croissant sandwich for her instead while yet another employee went outside for a smoke. As I waited for my coffee, an employee said, “I don’t know why people are coming here. It’s not even good.” She was correct. The doughnuts were stale. Lesson learned. Take it from the people who work there, it’s not even good and they don’t want you there.

Paid for my order with one person and then a different person came to the window, wanting me to pay for a different order. I was told they’re not serving food today and then watched them bag food while I waited for my drinks. Super long wait for 2 drinks.

So let me start by saying, I live right beside a Starbucks, and 3 miles from this Dunkin…. I drove to Dunkin last weekend early morning Saturday and got 2 breakfast sandwiches and a holiday cookie iced latte. Iced latte great, the sandwiches tasted like chemicals!!! So lesson learned to not get sandwiches. Anyways gave them another go today and ordered a toasted white chocolate iced latte. Supposed to have whip cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar. Definitely not what I got as you can tell in the pictures….but my fault for not checking before I pulled away. So disappointed especially when I live so close to Starbucks and specifically drive further for dunkin. How do you get it so wrong when the order is literally on the cup. Uggh

I have been a Dunkin customer religiously for years, and I have came to this Dunkin a handful of times .since moving to this area with my husband, and never have I experienced so much lack of service. as in never has one person smiled when walking in the door, and the lack of the professionalism and how these employees handle themselves & to carry themselves as in you can tell everyone hates there job and it shows in the service you get.
top that off with the girl who made our drinks ended up not being drank because she literally tossed in syrups and were all at the bottom and it was disgustingly distasteful of what a Carmel craze actually tastes like. I’ll be going to Shelby from now on; oh one last thing ironically both me and my husband have had stomach aches and etc after going to Dunkin and drinking half of it.

Stopped in on 9/14/25 about 10 am or 11 am. Ordered 2 chocolate iced creamed filled donuts and 2 crullers. Also a lg ps signature latte iced. Coffee was good. Donuts not do much. They were not fresh and soft instead they were a little hard/ dry texture. This was the first time we’ve ever stopped there when traveling back to PA. and we won’t be going back. Very disappointed!

Placed an order online 15 minutes prior to arrival. Went in to pick up. Girl making wraps kept complaining about her job and people watching her make sandwiches—literally no place else to look. Waited about 15 more minutes listening to her constant complaining when someone finally asked about our order. Apparently she insisted she made it earlier ‍♀️- guess it went to someone else. They remade order..3 hash brown orders were thrown into 1 bag, the avocado toast was in its box upside down, and the bacon snack had about 3 pieces in it. Go here if you like to be annoyed.

Walked in and was 4 teen boys hanging out at register talking to the girl working. I the customer had to WAIT.. so while waiting couldn’t help to notice how Filthy & dirty store is. floor sticky with trash on ground & flies landing on food.. gross.. . Service was Horrible. Ordered coffee and received it WRONG. Asked them to fix and was told that’s how I ordered it. Said I was lieing – I said either way it’s NOT what I ordered and must you replace it.
Don’t treat travelers like crap.
