Was playing a Buffalo machine, tried to lower the bet. Pressed the button. Thought it worked. It did not. Lost my entire evenings play money is one go. You guys have to ensure your machines are working and operational. Yes patrons should let you know when things are broken or not working, but it is also important that the people working there are continually checking the machines to ensure they are in working order.

The bartenders are awesome and on the job. Management is terrible. I have $48 in credit from their cards that I haven’t been able to access for a month. I called the casinio yesterday and asked that Rhonda the manager call me. If she did call she left no message. We are talking about such a small amount of money yet large enough that I am now an unhappy coustomer. The ownership must not care much for their customers. If your system can’t give me my credit, why don’t you reach into your proceeds and just give me my money?

Winning here is impossible ask anyone and the Sunday night bartender thought I was some one else and got in my face for a bathroom trip I didn’t even do or have knowledge of,, the guy was so out of line and truthfully realize that he might have but off more then he can chew I put tough guys like him down a notch or two….
