The drink area was not clean and ketchup dispenser looked like it was broke. The employees were cussing in the back. Then my in-laws went through drive thru and that that night had food poison. Will not be going back there.

I will give 0 stars if I was able, I had the worst experience, employees are very disrespectful, they don’t have straws, catsup BBQ or napkins. I sm paying for my food, I am not asking for free. If you don’t like to help people stay home!!!

It was just average – food not hot , burger salty?, switched my Diet Coke and got Coke Zero. The carbonation mix got the Diet Coke was off.

We just left there and was called a liar and threatened by an employee. We ordered 2 2 for 5s and one item was left out. We didn’t even leave the parking lot and pulled immediately around and told them an item was left out. The big black guy told us we were lying and that he was going to beat my boy friends butt and threw the bag back in our face with fries we didn’t order. We got one fry and 3 sandwiches. We don’t steal for one and for 2 we literally pulled around after getting the food. We didn’t pull anything out just looked to see if it was all there and it wasn’t. I will never spend my money there or visit this place again. Horrible customer service. This guy should be fired.

If I could give no stars I would. This location is the worst. The drive thru manager and attendants are horrible. Having extremely bad attitudes and service. Especially the morning drive thru manager. She don’t know how to take proper accountability when miss hearing orders and is very rude when trying to correct them with her. I will never give this location any more business.
