The friendliest guy took our order the last time we came! Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever met a friendlier person. It’s always a vibe here, clean and smells amazing! The burgers are yummy, always a bit messy but that means they’re good right?? And the fries are always overflowing which is awesome. And this time we got a cookie pieces and filling shake. Yummy!

Came here for dinner with our granddaughter. It was not busy. However, while we waited for our food there were several orders picked up. It was door dash and online orders. I was surprised how well the staff handled everything. Our food didn’t take long and it was real good. I love these fries! A little disappointed with the pricing, our ticket was $60.

Decent burger but was an absurd $30 for fries, burger, shake. Ordered online. Website said order ready in 5-10 minutes. Arrive at the 10 minute mark and then wait for another 20. Had only one person working the kitchen while 2 other employees stood by and chatted. Only 2 other orders before mine when I arrived.
Reached out to their customer service as they requested. The regional manager assured me that he would make things right. Went on to mention that the expected time for online orders is 8 minutes. Its now going almost 2 mo ths since the regional manager contacted me promising to make things right. It still hasn’t been resolved. For $30 and the awful service I received from both the staff and management I can easily get a better experience elsewhere and will never recommend 5 guys.

The customer service is always great. The burgers taste fantastic with the ability to customize. The smallest order of fries is enough to share with two people. The fries tend to be salty, so use plenty of ketchup or fry sauce. There is usually a wait time so be forewarned. Update: I had a lettuce wrapped hot dog and their fries are gluten free.

Its 5 guys they’re always amazing food was correctly made and packaged unlike other food places you go and know to always double check. Hands down 5 guys is one of the best burger places. Got a large fry double bacon cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger with everything chefs kiss

Normally a great experience, not sure what happened tonight. Staff took our order then all left the front for 5 minutes and then came back with a big line.
Also I know it’s not required, but Five Guys are known to give healthy portions of fry’s, we didn’t receive any additional fry’s in the bag which is fine, but not what the food branch is known for.
Hoping this is just a one off, still love the place and staff are always friendly!

Fantastic, large burgers, and fries are outstanding. Put some malt vinegar on those bad boys and you’ll be feasting goodness for a while. Shakes are tasty too. But the price… I came here and got all of the above ^, fries, burger, milkshake, and it came out to $18… I had already made up my mind so I did it, but I seldom come here unless I’m being paid for (work) or special occasions (maybe when I take out a loan I’ll come again). Absolutely delicious, but $18 for a burger meal from Five Guys is pretty astronomical. Prove me wrong?

I’m changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. I get that you close at 10pm but I came in at 9:30 one night, guy serving me rang my shake order up and then told me shake machine was done for the night. Had to refund me. Then I came in again a different time around 9:40 bc I just got off work. I asked if shake machine was working, it was. But staff seemed really upset. My bacon shake had nasty burnt bacon I couldn’t eat it, hoping it wasn’t on purpose but again the staff was mad. They were not pleased with me ordering fries either. If you’re upset that someone comes in to order before 10, then why are you open. I used to come here all the time. I’m not going anymore so you get to not have my business so you won’t be angry at me ordering.
