I took my family to this restaurant and this was the first time we experienced unprofessional rude service from the waiter. There were no greetings, smiles but just a questioning look on his face. He messed up my order and did not add the tofu I requested, messed up our daughter’s order and failed to bring the boba tea we ordered and never checked on us until we had to flag him down even though the restaurant was empty. We left this restaurant unhappy and did not feel that the $70 we spent was worth it. This will be the last time coming to this restaurant even though we made a trip to come here from Mason County.

I’ve come here a lot over the years, the broth is very delicious. A wonderful spot that has great service and lovely food. I find when I’m feeling a bit ill, it helps rejuvenate me. A very friendly spot with helpful staff!

I recently visited Pho 38 and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The portions are generous, which is perfect if you’re really hungry. While the food wasn’t spectacular, it definitely met my expectations for a good pho.
The atmosphere is ok and the service was friendly, which is always a plus. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your hunger with a hearty and tasty dish, Pho 38 is a good choice. I would recommend it for those times when you need something comforting!

My daughter regularly comes here. She got her usual pho, I actually got one of the salads as I am not a big soup person. Her food was served in a steel bowl and she added fresh sprouts. My grilled chicken was grilled nicely, all the veggies were fresh, and whatever the dressing they give is pretty delightful. Prices are reasonable and the serving is generous.

Excellent broth today. Hot but not too hot. Great freshness of the basil and sprouts. Very good portion of medium and large. I loved the caliber of the tendon! Great quality procurement, flavor and texture. My partner’s brisket was tender with big pieces.

I had the medium sized vegetable pho w/vegetable broth – it was delicious. I ordered Tofu spring rolls (now called salad rolls) – the rolls are sold in quantity of ONE and I was sort of sad about that until I realized one is enough (haha). I usually get/eat two when ever I order them. I was happy to see Security outside in the parking lot, as I was leaving (the location for this place is no desirable – but then again where, in Tacompton is).

First I wanna start by saying that they’re pho ??? AMAZING! Their fried rice on the other hand? Not so much. I’m not sure what they used to cook the rice but me and my friend both got fried rice and she literally puked in the parking lot before we even pulled off.. And I’m on the toilet right now as I write this and it hasn’t even been an hour since I’ve left the restaurant lol so yea.. that says enough. My stomach started hurting 5 minutes or so after getting in the car..

Great place to stop in and eat lunch at, the beef and brisket pho is so delicious, and packed full of flavors, definitely one of the best bowls of pho that me and my boyfriend have ever had. The fried ragoons were tasty as well, and the sauce to dip them in balanced the flavors perfectly. The sweet and spicy grilled chicken with katsu was yummy, the chicken was a little too thick for my liking and was not spicy at all, but it was still very delicious. I will definitely come back here anytime I am craving pho! The People who work here are very kind and friendly, and food came out very quickly.

This is my new favorite Asian food. Not only is everything really reasonable repriced but it tastes super fresh. They also serve a variety of things not just pho. My favorite I think is the penang curry, it’s so good here I usually get a rice and a bread cuz you need it with that much juice.
