I love this location! I visit often and the staff is always so friendly and efficient. The restaurant is kept clean. My food is always fresh, exactly as ordered, and delicious!! I enjoy stopping on my way to work or bringing the kids for a treat. There’s never a bad time to visit Einstein!!

The food is good, but the staff has a bad attitude. This has never happened to us before, but this is the second time in a month that we’ve ordered through DoorDash, and when we arrived at the store to pick up our order, it turns out someone else had already taken it. This time, they remade our order, but not the way we had ordered it. Now, when my husband went in to pick up our order, it turns out someone else had already taken it, and again, it wasn’t us. But this time, the staff refused to remake the order, even though it wasn’t our fault. The problem is that there’s no one checking who’s picking up the orders; anyone can just walk in and take them without anyone checking. I hope you can resolve this issue.

Absolutely rock star location. Never been a huge fan of Einstein but a friend kept coming in with them and they smelled so good. Happy to be a regular now. Amanda, Andrea and all of the team know me by now and make fun lighthearted talk to get my day started. No regrets that they’re usually the first people I speak to in the morning, and they always have great customer service. Thanks for being awesome!!

you can dine in and eat comfortably great coffee it’s self serve after purchase, bagels are very good served warm they have a bunch of varieties customizable .
But I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HASH BROWNS HERE AT ALL , IT TASTES LIKE A UNFROZEN BALL OF POTATO . I uploaded a picture of what it looks like.

As I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier. As I was glancing at the menu bc I didn’t know what to get. First time…I just went with a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel..but before I ordered the cashier, I believe name was Kristen seemed irritated by her coworkers. Saying she wanted to go home..but her other workers were also saying this in front of customers. Environment seemed hostile…I then got my food but remembered I wanted a side of sauce. When I asked the preparer he said it’s extra..that’s fine…how much extra..$2!!!! I had already paid almost $7 for an overpriced bagel and they want another $2 for a side of sauce?!? No thanks…never coming back here again.

As I was ordering, the register guy cut me early. I wasn’t even done ordering.
If my wife didn’t want to come here for coffee, I probably would have left right there. They must not want my money and we was the only one ordering at the time. It was not busy.
They forgot our coffee order.
Their leaf blower guy blew the leaves and their trash all on top of our car.
I kinda don’t care what the food/coffee taste like anymore.
Service and respect at your own risk is all I’m saying.

12/24/25 Update: Went in for round two to see if their service changed after couple of weeks. Didn’t feel like I got cut off this time when I was ordering. Thank you and Merry Christmas

Food is always great sometimes there can be a lil wait for your food but thats bc your eggs and stuff are cooked to order… the staff is always kind, accommodating and respectful
There are definitely a few employees that go above and beyond from my own experience and I’ve witnessed it… definitely a great go-to spot for breakfast and even lunch (they’ve got lunch bagels as well including pizza bagels ) comparable prices to the restaurants nearby
