If I could give them no star I would. The bagels we received were as hard as a rock. You could literally play hockey with them!! Felt like I was going to break a tooth when I bit into it. I noticed they also dont like to take accountability on previous reviews from other people that have complained, thats actually sad. I knocked on the bagel and my Mother asked me “Whos at the door?” Can you believe that? Then you call them to make them aware of the situation and they gas light you saying “thats impossible” & “none of our bagels are ever burnt”..and they do nothing to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service and horrible bagels. 0/10 !!

I ordered thru Uber eats ..and what we received were two hard as rocks bagels..Stuff a Bagel?? What did you stuff it with ..cement? Upon calling store instead of being accommodating..and apologetic..we were insulted further by Olga basically calling me a liar telling me the bagels were not hard..told her i would never order from them again to which she replied “i’m ok with that” ..great customer service Olga!!

Very nice people, in today’s crazy world a smile goes a long way. The bagels are very good and fridges work very well and keep the cream cheese nice and chilled. No complaints at all. Support local. Thank goodness we have bagel places like this.

I recently visited this new Stuff A Bagel on Jericho Turnpike and it was great! This location has always been a bagel store, and has changed hands and names over the years. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had done some renovations to update the interior, and it looks great. It’s bright, clean, and inviting. It seems to be family owned, pr family run, and every person I encountered there was as nice as could be. The bagels were delicious, light and soft. The sandwiches were great, too. The best thing, in my opinion, was when I ordered an iced coffee and they went to the back and put frozen coffee ice cubes in my cup! Such an awesome thing, a relatively small thing that makes a HUGE difference. I went back several times since then, and they remembered us and were just as friendly each time. I will absolutely be back.

They make coffee iced cubes for their iced coffee…if that doesn’t scream quality to you idk what will. Always plenty of staff for minimal wait times too. Worth every penny!
