My $16 burrito was barely bigger than a taco bell burrito. Mostly rice and cheese. No beans black or pinto when I ordered half and half. Payed $4 extra for brisket birria. Nowhere to be found. No diablo queso. Barely any sour cream. I want my money back. Maybe if the staff was more worried about providing quality orders than they were flirting with college girls trying to order their food, my experience would be better but I did not recieve what I paid for food or service wise. staff then refused to refund me and then only offered to remake it.

I’ve been here maybe 3 times in my life, even single time the food is amazing. I got a steak quesadilla and you can put whatever you want on it. Basically a build your own custom meal. I wasn’t sure what sauce I wanted so I picked out 3 and they were all amazing. The staff seemed really nice to me. It may be a little pricey around $15-20 per person, but it’s worth it to me.

I ordered delivery online. Usually this is a fantastic restaurant but today they gave me clumpy, wet rice that tasted like it was borderline rotten. They also gave stale chips. When I tried calling 2 times, I was unable to get an answer. I then drove to the store to get something done about the food and was told that the manager would refund before they left for the day. I did receive my refund but how are you going to serve rice that is almost rotten and stale chips? I am disappointed because this was my favorite Qdoba in Kalamazoo.

Its been 23 minutes waiting on a togo order. They’ve helped everyone who has walked in and still nothing. I’m guessing if you want food, its better to order inside and not online. This is ridiculous. And one employee is in the bathroom hacking up a lung.

I should have known better not to come here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Guys working seemed miserable & that they hated every second of serving me. Dirty working line, no guacamole, & chip bag was about 1/5 full. We won’t be coming back.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with the extras. The food was amazing. Michigan just opened back up and we wanted to support a business. We ate in. The music was too loud and was not a very good selection, normally it is not too bad.
We were the only ones there. The server talked to an employee that just got to work and she said the weren’t very busy. If that is the case, perhaps she could have emptied the trash can that was overflowing. Perhaps wipe down by the pop machine area and mop the floor. Doing that will assure I would go back.
I’ll give it a week or two and go back and try it again.

Went to Qdoba today, the staff was nice and helped me use tap and pay when I was confused. The nachos were perfect. next time I would like my quesadilla to be cooked more though. My husband thought it was cooked perfectly so it was probably just me being picky.

A male worker came out the bathroom shirtless drunk and high! Non the less absolutely rude and took his sweet time getting my order then while on the line he pulled two shoots out and offer his other coworkers shots then,he has a lady drop off pot cookies to his job while he’s working on the line! This was straight disrespectful and rude and he didn’t take his job seriously he wanted till his manger left to do all of this!

Went to get an early dinner. I chose the burrito bowl with the veggie meat for medical reasons. The choices of items were tired or absent… no corn salsa, a lone handful of lettuce… all looked like refugees from lunch. The cost was over $10. Look at the dried “meat” and the amount – look like a $10+ item? Sad
