These guys have the best nachos I have ever had in my life!!! i haven’t found a single thing I don’t like. Tacos, lime slaw, Mac salad, tropical bowl and the cilantro lime sauce goes great with everything!! Hands down the best place to eat in the basin. Maybe the state!!!! 5 stars!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Prices are very reasonable and porion are huge!!! These guys make cafe rio look like nachos from 711. If you have not yet eaten here your missing out!!! But careful you’ll get addicted. Especially to the nachos!!! Kevin the owner is a great guy and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into the business. Best food truck I’ve ever seen!!!

Mambos Miami Grill is hands down one of the best food trucks in the basin! The food is packed with flavor, fresh, and cooked to perfection every time. You can tell they put love and pride into everything they serve. The portions are generous, the menu has something for everyone, and the customer service is just as amazing as the food. Friendly, fast, and always welcoming. If you haven’t tried Mambos yet, you’re seriously missing out – it’s easily my new favorite spot!
