I hadn’t been to Subway in a while, and during my layover as a flight attendant, I thought grabbing a sandwich from the mall location would be convenient. I ordered a 6-inch tuna sub, but the top of the bread was ripped. I politely asked for a new piece, and at first, they grabbed a 12-inch. I suggested using the other half of my original 6-inch, but it was damaged too.
When I expressed concern about the bread, the employee became rude, insisting the bread was “soft.” I calmly explained I just wanted a sandwich that wouldn’t fall apart, but her tone didn’t improve. She spoke to another employee in another language, and overall, the customer service was dismissive. I even had to ask her not to speak to me rudely. In the end, I left without a sandwich—I won’t spend money where I’m treated poorly just for wanting intact bread.

So, I’ve never really had a reason to write a review of an order from a place I’ve gotten through DoorDash. It felt like my sandwich was just tossed together with the wrong ingredients, not properly wrapped or sealed, and then thrown in the bag with the wrong cookies, and the bag wasn’t even sealed to keep someone from messing with my meal. To those who work here, please pay attention to your order instructions and your subway policy when it comes down to handling someone food whether it was ordered online or in person because I love me some subway and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with them

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the Subway!!!
I stopped eating their awhile ago after eating it for years…
So clean that I said, “I want to get some Subway!”’ and my daughter said, “But Dad, you don’t eat Subway anymore”!
This one is different! It’s supremely clean!!!
The staff was very pleasant, as well!
I will be going back after next practice!

I love Subway! The food is always fresh and delicious, and Subina is always friendly and helpful. I especially love that I can customize my sandwich exactly how I want it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable sandwich.

Veggie patty six inch was perfect! Kudos to the clerk who made the sandwich was delicious and very thing was fresh. Even the cookies tasted as they had just came out of the oven. Yummy will be back!

I would avoid this restaurant if were you, as staff don’t seem to check the food very often. On two separate visits the lettuce was browning and both me and my brother ended up with some form of food poisoning despite ordering completely different sandwiches each time. Clearly they don’t check when their food has gone bad and still serve it to unsuspecting customers, the health department should really investigate this store.

Dirty…all ingredients on the counter were into one another’s containers.
Staff was clearly unhappy to serve and rude. Nobody was smiling or greeting any customers.
Additionally, the lady working on the line accused us falsely of not paying for a sandwich and when I proved that I had already paid she just gave me a whatever stare. She was the one who took out the breads from the oven so she should have known but still accused me. I’m very upset. Will never go here. I deserved an apology but nothing came.
The cashier was lost in her own world. She didn’t know what was going on.

My 8yr. old wanted a kid’s meal with a regular sized drink because Subway juice boxes are too small. This Arundel Mills Mall (food court) Subway didn’t have the two cookies for the meal. I didn’t mind paying extra for the drink but they wanted to charge me $8 and some change for a “Kid’s Meal” and they were short on there supply. So basically, I was willing to pay more for wanting more but they were absolutely unwilling to charge less for their being unprepared. Ridiculous!!! NO SALE
