I use to live on these stores throughout my last 10 years of working throughout US. So thought I’d try this for lunch today…..wow, what a disappointment for $11.50. There are so many better options, even in this small town. I got their new sweet chicken in a cilantro rice bowl format, with black beans and guacamole. I just expected so much more. It just wasn’t that great and for the kicker….the high school age worker, who I thought would put it gingerly in the bag, basically haphazardly “threw it” in the bag and handed it to me and I was the only customer in there, it’s not like she was rushing. She was pleasant enough too, but didn’t have a clue as to the fact that she just tipped my bowl upside down. I right sided it, once in the car, but from the picture I took, once I got home, you can tell the damage was done. No biggie, it’s just lunch, but you would think someone would take more pride in doing their job. I know I did, in my grocery store, shelf stocking high school days. Lastly, I believe the place has been open a month or two at best, clean your door windows, it’s the first thing a customer see’s and they were filthy

Terrible establishment. Terrible service, I pay 12 bucks for half a bowl and they cannot even give me a full scoop of chicken. I think I counted 5 pieces on the first scoop, kindly asked for some more chicken and then they hit you with the “double chicken” adding on another 3 dollars for a total of 9 little pieces of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous, if I knew we are rationing out here I would’ve went to Bajas down the street. Chipotle just lost a happy customer.

Staff is super friendly and they work really hard. The place is always clean and all things are good. Nothing but praise for those dudes that work there. Food is chipotle. No issues there.

I went to pick up my food and was given the wrong order. I then drove back and very nicely told them about the mix up and they made my order again. I got home to realize they forgot all three of my sides so I just got the quesadilla. I was missing sour cream, salsa, and beans. There was nobody in the store. This sounds stupid but how hard is it to follow an order. I work in food too and this is not a hard task.

Its just not worth going anymore. Absolutely tiny burritos. Proces keep going up and size keeps falling. What a joke. Im a long time customer and im just moving on from this place. It’s not just this location either. Small burritos are the norm now. I left hungry.

This location is awful! Truly – my order is either wrong or missing something – Every.Single.Time. Tonight the container was soft and mushy and broke and all the food fell out. There was sour cream smeared all over the outside of the container, the quesadilla wasn’t cut in half (no big deal, but it shows the person was in a rush, mind you it was 9PM) and the salsa was clearly old and sour. Such a disappointment – get it together!

This was my first time going to this Chipotle and it was genuinely a stressful experience, so I don’t think I’ll be returning.

First off, the employee making my and my friend’s orders was extremely rushed, even though there wasn’t a crazy amount of people in line. He barely gave me time to get a word in, and I didn’t even have time to process his questions. He sounded annoyed when I was confused, and seemed inconvenienced. On top of that, he almost accidentally added the wrong things to my bowl multiple times because he didn’t wait for me to finish my sentences.

After finishing our orders, we literally had to sit down and stare at each other because it was so unbelievable. The other people in the line finished ordering extremely quickly as well and when they went to get their drinks, we could hear them saying the same stuff that we were.

Overall not the customer service I expected or hoped for, considering most other Chipotles I’ve been to have had fine customer service.

Truly a mid tier chipotle. Expect the rice to be undercooked, small portions, and actual water cups. I think it’s one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. I’m going to bajas.

The portions are HORRENDOUS. One day it’s normal, the next it’s the portion size for a small cat, the employees are usually very nice however one of the managers is a disgrace, worst personality I’ve ever met. Never in my life.
