The Breakfast Nook in Roseburg is hands down one of the best breakfast spots around—if not the best. From the moment you walk up to the truck, you can tell it’s run by people who genuinely care. The team is friendly, welcoming, and they put so much heart into what they do. You don’t always expect that level of kindness and service from a food truck, but they go above and beyond.
Now the food? Incredible. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portion sizes are no joke—you definitely get your money’s worth. It’s the kind of breakfast that hits the spot whether you’re starting a busy day or just treating yourself. The prices are super reasonable, especially for how much food you get.

Came across The Breakfast Nook while passing through Roseburg and this place seriously delivered. I ordered the steak breakfast burrito, and it was delicious. Perfectly grilled tortilla, generous juicy steak, fluffy eggs, and just the right balance of cheese and potatoes. The green salsa on the side added a flavorful kick that tied everything together.
What makes it even better is that it’s a small family-owned business, and you can tell they care about the food they’re putting out.
This is a local hidden gem that I’ll be stopping by again whenever I’m passing through the area!

They moved into the Mini Pet Mart parking lot on Garden Valley Blvd. My coworkers and I have been getting breakfast there since they did. Love the food!

I have had the bacon, sausage and smoked pork breakfast burrito— all of them were substantial in quality and flavor. I would absolutely recommend you get a couple sides of their house made salsa. Everything is fresh, and the customer service is unparalleled.

Forget every other breakfast burrito in town, this is the best. I also had to try the stuffed croissant which was mouthwatering. Their salsa is fresh, coffee delicious and I’ve never had to wait long for my breakfast. What a great addition to Roseburg.

This place is awesome, whether before work or as a weekend treat. The croissant sandwiches are loved by my kids and the steak burrito is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and kind. I’ve eaten here 5 times and the food has been consistently delicious.
