The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was a different story. I got the “bacon wrapped” filet mignon which was basically just a steak with a piece of bacon laying on top of it. Not a big deal, except for the fact that I ordered it cooked medium, and it was served extremely well done and totally dried out. I was able to eat some of it by soaking it in the sauce, but definitely would not order again. My girlfriends prime rib was also very overcooked and chewy because of that. Not a good first impression.

Came in shortly after opening on a Thursday. Ordered a western skillet – got a western omelette. Not a big deal. Onions and peppers were totally raw, the onions were so strong they burned my nose, full of sulphur as they were sitting already chipped in a bin, most likely. Cut into my omelette and some yellow water leaked out of it. It wasn’t runny egg (which perhaps I can live with) but water from the veg which was sweating inside the omelette.
All in all seemed like a nice place that is outside their wheelhouse to be serving breakfast.

Cheese curds, steak, stir-fry mussel, and special shirmp dibola are great. Morning completed are good too. Garlic bread tastes bland, pan-fried fish is average. Yes, staff is friendly.

My husband and I have been staying in the Holiday inn connected to the restaurant for a few days and we have eaten at Di Lucas everyday. The food and service is great. You feel like family. And the food is amazing. I have not had anything bad from this place. defiantly recommend Di Lucas!
