The food is good but prices have gone up. The employees are rude, very low class and not puerto rican. It’s missing that nice puerto rican people touch!! The atmosphere is more like a bar with hot n ready food to serve. Nothing fancy.

I want to share feedback about my recent experience.
There is a lady named Rosemary who repeatedly emphasized to me that she was the manager—she mentioned this three times as if to intimidate me. I had placed an order for pick-up with four hours of anticipation, yet when I arrived, it still was not ready.
To make matters worse, the manager made a big issue over another staff member giving me sauces for an order meant for 15 people. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending.
This was very disappointing because I have been a loyal customer since this place opened, and I’ve even met the owners, who are very nice people. Unfortunately, Rosemary’s behavior does not reflect the welcoming and respectful environment the owners created.
My suggestion is that this manager be reassigned or coached so she can humble herself and treat customers with respect. This is not a big establishment—you cannot afford to lose the essence of good service because of someone like this. I hope you have good rest of your day Rosemary.

Pork rice n beans. Beans were good. Pork was overcooked and dry. Rice was way overcooked, mushy and clumbed into a ball. Part of my meal included a couple huge bones. I didn’t plan to eat a bone. Asked for onions on top, got some grilled onions that were ice cold. Should have gone to McDonalds.

This is more of a bar than a restaurant. I was invited because someone was doing Karoke and I ate there but the atmosphere isn’t attractive. Its not decorated or painted to catch people’s attention. Looks like a bar that began to sell food. Now the food was surprisingly good. No free refills, which makes it inconvenient. Service was so so from the server, she was nice but had alot of tables since people began to come to drink and sing. Very few people went to eat, which surprised me that they didnt order food since it was good. Will I visit again? Even though they have decent food? No.

Stumbled upon this place bc I was looking for Spanish food closest to my new home and boy and I’m happy this is the nearest one. Everything was very delicious. They just got new regulars. Trifongo, chicharron de pollo, yuca. Arrow con gandules, pollo quiso n the tres leches..all delicious

Do not come here if you are disabled or come with one. They have no patience. When ordering they were making remarks and rolling their eyes. Especially the Hispanic lady that dyed her hair blond, the one with gold chains on her neck. She seems to be the owner. Pork was dried. Horrible and toxic customer service.

The food is good but it is not consistent. There seems to be different cooks at different times. The food tastes differently depensing on the day you order.

Ordered from Uber Eats, at first the empanadas looked great crispy and very good size, however after 2 bites I found several small bones in the chicken( which also included potatoes and other stew vegetables , that’s a first for me and I wasn’t a fan). Immediately got turned off from the chicken empanadas and decided to try the beef empanadas, towards the middle my boyfriend found another bone and we decided that the empanadas protein was not checked well enough to keep risking it. Other than that the potato balls were okay, just wish the order would have come with sauce or pico for the empanadas etc.
