My kid loves the chalk wall. Food is ready quickly. We order the same things once a week and the consistency of the food is not always the same. Most of time is really good but about every 3rd time pizza crust is so thin and stretched out( not what we ordered). Bottom of crust isn’t burnt looking but very tough as if it was. The condiments tend to not be spread out throughout the pizza. More like a blop here and there.

I just had a phenomenal experience with Domino’s Pizza in Colchester, Vermont. Normally, I order online, but when I had an issue with the computer, I called and spoke with Aaron. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with my order. Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious, but the customer service was top-notch. I truly appreciate the extra effort, and I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again!

I got to say thank you to the staff at this establishment. Every single time I have came in to the store or had a delivery, I am always treated kindly. Today I had a delivery by (I think it said Regina. Sorry if that is incorrect) some how my address ended up incorrect on the app. Within seconds of placing my order the pizza tracker showed how fast you guys were moving! The incorrect address made Regina go to my neighbors house. I waved her down and apologized and she was still friendly given the mix up. Even with the snowy weather she was punctual on time and the food was hot. I got an email apologizing for a less than stellar delivery. Which wasn’t the case but thank you for the free 60 points! Pats on back to the staff. Thank you guys for always kicking butt

The staff is friendly and when correct the food is great. The problem is that they only ever make one thing wrong for me. I ask for no jalapenos on my bacon cheesy bread and every time there are jalapenos on my bacon cheesy bread. I order online, have double checked my orders each time and never once have they gotten that right. I’ve called and supposedly there are notes on my account about the peppers but they still end up on my cheesy bread. Here’s the kicker!! I know they can do it because my friend ordered the same thing from this Domino’s to my address and actually got the bacon cheesy bread without the jalapenos. My mind is boggled.
Everything else is solid though.

Giving the 3 stars because I have had some good experiences. I ordered food tonight and was delivered the wrong order after waiting for an hour. Now about 1:20 later and still no food. I received an email with an offer for 20% off 1 menu price item next time I order, which I don’t want because the online coupons are better. I remember a time when you got your food free from Dominos if it took more than 30 minutes to deliver…

I just moved into a new apartment and I had a slight issue with delivering to the right house (not their fault at all) our apartment is in the bottom floor and it’s a little hard to find and gps does not help but I called and talked to a manager and they were more than helpful, best dominos location I’ve ever had! I order here quite often. I get the same things every time, Chicken Habanero Sandwich and boneless plain wings. Every time that I have ordered, I have had speedy delivery, and the food quality was up to par for the expectations. Stefan is usually who makes my orders. However, tonight, I had Steve as the cook, and I must say that the food was almost inedible. Everything was slapped together and just poorly cooked, literally overdose amounts of cheese on everything I ordered, no sauce that’s usually on the sandwich, the pizza could have used an extra 3 minutes at least. I will just stop there – whoever owns this franchise, please give Stefan a raise and get that man treated well, because I won’t continue my business here, if this is where the quality is headed.

Walk-in ordering tonight, I found the staff attentive and courteous. Food was prepared promptly and the upholstered bench in the waiting area was comfortable. This is Domino’s so the pie is good, but reliably Domino’s. Oily but tasty. The box needs a Pamper to soak it up. The new digs sound like a gymnasium inside. Spendy $13 Medium.
