We’ve ordered carryout from Noras many times now and the quality is always great. We ate in the restaurant for the first time on Saturday and the experience was even better! We had the hummus appetizer and it was very sizeable…basically an entire container of hummus, a ramekin of tzatziki, and lots of pita. I ordered the lamb gyro with pasta salad. Both were delicious! My wife got the grilled octopus salad. Grilled octopus is hard to find locally, so it’s a real treat! When we asked for to-go containers, we were given an extra tzatziki! What a nice touch! Anyhow, it was a very nice experience. Noras Kabob stands out among the many Mediterranean cuisine competitors in the area.

Today was my first trip to this place. We had a good time. Food was Delicious & was served quickly. Overall, Best Kabob’s place in Ellicott City. If you love Kabob & Halal food you should try this. Although a side note about Parking. It was a pain finding parking Space.

I am not someone to write a negative review unless I am really disappointed and not for minor reasons.
Being middle Eastern, previous restaurant owners and been to several Kabob places in the area and other states, unfortunately I have to say this was not Persian or Mediterranean food.
Had take out one each chicken, lamb and salmon kabob and rice on March 7th, which meat either was burned or mushy (salmon), rice was not doing justice to our Persian rice, bread or Naan? Which Persian restaurant sells costco’s Greek gyro bread warmed up?
Overall they ruined my evening.
If you are in mood for Persian kabob, please do justice to yourself, your money and other good places, I would not names but there are several in the area.
I will not suggest this place or try yourself and judge it!

I’ve had Nora’s Kabab two weekends in a row since I happened to be in Ellicott City — the food is really good! The chicken kabab is juicy and tender, definitely my favorite. I got my son the filet barg, which was a little dry and not my favorite, but he’s 5 and happily ate it, so maybe it’s just me .
The two young girls working behind the counter are super friendly and attentive — they even refilled my son’s lemonade and chatted with him, which made his day.
I’ll definitely be back. It’s a great healthy, homemade-tasting option that feels comforting and fresh. The location is great just a tad small.

Huge shout out to Nora’s Kabob in Ellicott City for their delicious food. We did catering for the school World culture day and everyone raved about the food. Their food was completely done in a short time. Price and quality are amazing! Highly recommend them.

Atmosphere: Lovely. It was cool inside and the dark red and black decor lent it an upscale feel.
Service: Friendly, welcoming, and prompt.
Food: We had mezze (Tzatziki, Salideh) and three platters: chicken kabob, koobideh, and falafel – all were delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, the koobideh had a wonderful flavor and the falafel were crisped and moist. The rice was delicious with a slightly butter feel and flavor. Salads were fresh and crisp.
They were kind to our kids and it was all in all a very nice lunch for a family outing.

This place is tiny but great. I am not usually a fan of eggplant but the roasted eggplant dip was really good. Both the lamb chops and seafood we had were awesome. We went for restaurant week and did the price fix menu. The portions were generous. The rice pudding is amazing, according to my husband it’s almost as good as his Greek aunt’s, which is a very high compliment. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we had fantastic service!
