In the mood for some pizza and made the mistake of finding this joint.
Service was slow.
I had the buffalo chicken lunch special. The crust was absolutely horrible. It was tough and dry. The sauce was meh. The chicken tasted as if it was from a can. Overall a sorry meal.

I came here visiting family, the lady here was extremely rude. She said she was the only one here, but nobody told us. The store was open with one person working and we waited 3 hours for our food, no warning, nothing. When we asked what was taking so long (we asked after 2 hours) she got an attitude and was extremely, extremely rude. Thats when she finally told us she was the only person, she said it snarky and rude and nobody, nobody said anything rude to her. We simply asked what is taking so long, after 2 hours, and she had a whole breakdown on us. No refills, It was super wild, it was extremely rude and not a good introduction to the state and town. I would suggest going somewhere else where they aren’t so mean to you and you don’t have to wait 3 hours for a pizza, but I am simply sharing my experience.

I’ve been eating the Bearnos submarine gondola sandwich since the 1970’s! (Different location in Okolona area, shaped like an igloo!) So happy it is unchanged and still available at the shepherdsville location! Also think they have the best pizza available in this area. Support this local restaurant and keep this iconic place successful! ❤️

It was nasty and expensive. The crust tastes like it is frozen, lot of sauce and very little cheese. Cheese kept falling off the pizza. The cinnamon sticks were nasty as well. The same kind of frozen crust with lots of cinnamon on top, it was like eating straight cinnamon, it needed butter for sure. Expensive for the quality of food. Cheaper and better tasting to buy a frozen pizza and make it at home or go to a chain restaurant

The best pizza in Shepherdsville. Always hot and fresh and the people that work here are amazing! I love the Mama Lite without green olives (too salty for me). Over the years there have been different workers but the service and delicious food never disappoint. I haven’t had bad food here ever. Today I tried the wings for the first time, the taste was good, but the texture was not my favorite. They felt microwaved. Again, they tasted good but I want wings to have a little snap…or crispiness to them.

Delicious pizza, professional staff and priced well below others for the quality. Met the nicest family sitting beside us. For reasons unknown to us they decided to pay for our dinner when they left. 10-4-22 about 6:30pm: Great Service, one lady taking care of tables and helping back of house. Lasagna was pretty good and my pizza was really good. Medium hamburger with half pepperoni and cheddar cheese. Highly recommended!

I moved out here in the Shepherdsville area 2 years ago. I have been going to Bearnos in other areas the pizza has always been moist and when you order extra cheese it’s on it. A year ago I went to the Shepherdsville location, it was not as good as other Bearnos but I thought I’ll try it again maybe it was an off day. Last Saturday I tried again after a year, it wasn’t moist and the crust was tough and no double cheese. I spent $30.00 on a medium 5 topping pizza,

We ate inside on Monday around 430pm. Only 1 server, but it wasn’t busy at all as we went before peak dinner hrs, so service was still good. Pizza was excellent, but a bit expensive. Around $30 give or take for a Super Large 3-topping. We had a $5 off of $20 coupon though which was good. Without a coupon, we would probably only eat here no more than maybe once a month or every other month. As long as they continue to put out coupons to make it more affordable, we will be back more often for sure.
Forgot to take pics of inside, but they’ve got at least 6 quality HD tvs for ball games. They’ve even added some brand new gaming machines for anyone interested who’s of legal age. Overall, a quality experience. It is our fav pizza and will be back again for sure.
