It was relatively quiet on my late morning visit, and only a few people were inside and at the drive-through. I was able to quickly order and receive great service and a delicious latte.
The staff member who took my order was excellent – both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this location and will likely stop by again when I am in the area.

This is the only location in Glen Burnie that has quick and efficient service. They make my drink perfectly. I’ve gone to several other locations and there is always a long wait and my specific drink doesn’t taste the same.

Awkward experience.. haha. I ordered a caramel iced coffee (forgot to say cream and sugar oops) but as I went to the window… it was a black coffee (no biggie). When I worked at a Dunkin’ we were required to always ask the “cream and sugar?” Question so asking for it up front usually slips my mind. Once again, I had absolutely no problem getting it corrected at the window. The lady at the window was so nice! The reason why I am writing this review is that when the lady at the window asked something like why were no ingredients added… the lady who initially took my order said “well that’s not my responsibility!” The lady at the window jokingly rolled her eyes and happily continued giving me great service. About the other girl… What a bully! That girl definitely ruins the whole atmosphere…

This place is trash. Ordered a vanilla latte, was charged for 2. The latte I did get was so terrible, I couldn’t drink it – just tasted like old, burnt coffee. I attempted to call to get a refund for being double charged and they never answer the phone so I emailed DD customer service and they never replied. Won’t catch me here again and when you get served trash too, I’ll see ya at Starbucks or Big Bean.

I love dunking hibiscus hot tea. It has the best flavor I’ve ever tasted. The pumpkin donuts are very nice as well. Try them while they’re still in season.

They watered down my coffee!!! I got a large frozen French vanilla coffee. Whenever I got it, it taste like they put water in the coffee. I’ve gotten a frozen French vanilla a few times and I’ve NEVER had this issue.

I’ve never given a bad review before, and I totally get the morning rush, especially with COVID rn, but dang, I also worked a quick passed food service job and both my bagels looked like this. Which is still good, so that’s good, but still rather disappointed. Probably won’t be coming back to this Dunkin in the ams
