Scott is an amazing server. He really is a hustler moving from one table to the next with efficiency but at the same time he makes you feel like family. Restaurant has great food and a lot of it! The wings were a big hit.

Overall excellent experience and great value! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. The meatballs and tuscan roasted vegetables are great appetizers – highly recommend the ultimate Bertucci if you want a variety of meats!

I work at a hotel close by this location and had the pleasure of dining in at this location. The difference is the waiter. His name is Scott and he is clearly a true professional. He handled our order with ease making recommendations and ensuring that he served us each a piece of pizza before leaving us to our meal. I was with some visitors from India and they remarked on Scott’s effortless hospitality and proficiency. The pizza was delicious but the service was the topping on the pie. I recommend asking for Scott if you ever have occasion to dine there. He will make it much better and more memorable for you. Clearly a seasoned quality pro…a rare find!!!

What really stood out, though, was the staff — absolutely phenomenal. Scott welcomed us at the door and took care of us from start to finish, making the entire experience feel personal and seamless. My husband and I don’t eat out much but when we do we really cherish a good experience. Scott took really good care of us. He was such a kind, considerate host. He was accommodating and went out of his way to help me and my husband. The food was very delicious. We couldn’t decide and Scott suggested the clam Spaghetti in a white wine sauce for my husband. Amazing! I went with chicken Piccata. Tasty! Service was great— very fast and timely. The dinner rolls are so soft on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. The dipping oil is also to die for. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back again in the future. This experience outdid our expectations and it was all thanks to Scott!!! Can’t praise him enough.
