It took 18 addresses across the nation and living in the most chaotic adventurous place on earth to both comprehend and value my peace and solitude. When I stop and think about this it always makes me smile. Everyone I encounter outside of sin city either finds it obnoxious and doesn’t understand what’s beyond the allure, or instantly gets it. One of the greatest features here is our airport. How it can effortlessly, and efficiently move masses of humans surrounded by the sounds of buzzing slot machines. Inside tip. The airport has the best odds in the slots IMHO. It also means your friends regularly pass through. Every year a mass of friends from around the country attend what has been termed the Super Bowl Vegas Shit Show. I help setup feasts.

I’ve had Partage ( @partagelv ) on my list to take down since moving here. Everyone told me how amazing it was, and had the best foie gras in town. I’m always skeptical until I sample it myself. Not everything pricey equals outstanding value. I set up an event with one of my great friends from Midland Texas ( think Landman ), and this spot, absolutely crushed it. Everything I heard matched. Flawless service, great drinks, a wild array of flavors throughout the fixed price experience, and the chef was a legend. My buddy has a mushroom allergy too, and they accommodated it perfectly. I rarely eat French food, but when I do, a spot like this, blows my mind.

We had a wonderful dinner at Partage, made truly unforgettable thanks to our waiter, Daniel. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, positive, and attentive to every detail. His energy was warm and engaging, and he made the entire evening feel relaxed and special.

What really stood out was how thoughtful he was — when I asked if I could take a coaster with me, Daniel didn’t just say yes. He took it to the chef and came back with it signed, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Moments like this define excellent customer service and genuine hospitality.

I also want to highlight the cocktail “South of France” — an amazing performance and absolutely delicious. Beautifully crafted and balanced.

Overall, this was an outstanding customer experience. Thank you, Daniel, and the entire Partage team for a truly exceptional evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Partage is one of the best, if not the best, French restaurant in Las Vegas, awarded Restaurant of the Year in 2018. Reservations are a must. Partage is a special occasion, fine dining restaurant.

The menu has three offerings: the five-course dinner for $120; the seven-course dinner for $150 or the Signature for $198.
The individual courses are a surprise, revealed when the waiter brings them to the table and describes them in detail.

Every course was unique and are rotated every month. The small courses compelled us to take small bites, study and discus the flavors — and savor the culinary moment.

Some of the standout courses were the lobster roll, the Spanish octopus wrapped in Wagyu beef and the red snapper with a delicious crust. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The atmosphere is elegant, refined and classy. The matradee’s French accent added to the ambience. And although each course is rather small, we left feeling satisfied.

Very French inspired food. We got the 5 course tasting menu and sat in the private dining area.

(They don’t allow children after a certain time of night and it’s not geared toward kids at all so I would recommend not bringing anyone under the age of 10.)

They have a selection of mocktails in addition to other drinks, which was great since half our party weren’t drinking.

They change the menu monthly. Our tasting menu included a frog leg amuse bouche, a pumpkin soup (served in a real pumpkin- so cute!) and an incredible truffle croissant!

There was also a yummy scallop in a citrus inspired broth, sable fish with an amazing leek salad. Quail leg and a “cordon blue” made with quail instead of chicken.

There was a venison dish topped with foie gras with was outstanding, followed by a cheese course that had brie, endive, balsamic vinegar and candied nuts.

Desert was apple inspired but the crust was by far the star of the show! And we got a couple little goodies at the end, fruit jellies and a yummy chocolate peanut butter mini pastry.

Service 5/5,
Ambiance 5/5
Food 4/5

I had heard great things about Partage for a few years now and finally decided to book up when we were in town for Super Bowl weekend. We had a table booked for 5:45 on Saturday and the restaurant was already busy when we arrived.

The restaurant is tasting menu only and I decided to do the 9 course signature and my husband went for the 7 course. We both opted for wine pairings and went for the premium option. We thought was good value for the wines we were served, with the pours being very generous for a paired wine option, but we are big French wine fans.

Understand that the menu changes every month but for our trip we enjoyed the following:

1. Beef Tartare Amuse Bouche – very tasty and the cracker it sat on really added to the dish. We were excited to get into the main food after trying this.

2. Dungeness Crab – this was actually the one slightly low point in the evening. The grapefruit gel was a little overwhelming, it could have just been a few small dots on the plate and that would have been enough. I also had a fairly large piece of shell in my crab (I understand this happens but given the size would have expected it to be caught). The crab itself though was delicious and very flavourful.

3. Squid Stuffed with Beef – this was quite a hearty fish course, with a lot of beef in the dish. If I am being critical the squid was ever so slightly overcooked (I am being picky) but all in all a good dish.

4. Duck Wellington – this dish was AMAZING! Everything on this dish was just perfect, down to the salad even being seasoned perfectly. Stand out dish of the night for us and should be a permanent fixture on the menu in some way. We both agreed that this was probably the best single dish we have eaten in the US. The wine pairing that went with it was great as well and complimented the dish nicely.

5. Foie Gras (signature only) – I love foie gras when it is done well and Partage knows how to do it. The foie gras was prepared well and the crispy sweetness from the apple was the perfect match. One of the best foie gras dishes I have had anywhere.

6. Fish Course – I forget the fish used here (I want to say halibut but can’t remember) but this was a very classic French dish done well. The fish was cooked well, the sauce had a nice sharpness to it and the fish croquettes were decedent and smooth. Nothing groundbreaking but a beautifully cooked dish.

7. Signature Course – The beef was cooked nicely but the dish was a little heavy on the garlic (and I am a garlic fan). Was ok but not what I would call signature dish worthy, just nice enough.

8. Meat Course – this was a well cooked piece of beef served with mushroom stuffed pasta. We did not enjoy the pasta (the dish didn’t need it and the flavours overwhelmed everything). Everything apart from the pasta was very well done though, with good flavours.

9. Cheese Course – this was a strong French cheese that was paired with pear and French baguette. Very strong flavour (far stronger than anything we have found in the US in our 3 years living here) but gave my husband his French cheese fix.

10. Deconstructed Crepe Suzette – I sound like a broken record but this was also delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness without being too overpowering. Surprisingly fresh and a really nice way to end the meal.

We both agreed that this meal is the single best meal we have had in our time of living in the US. We are originally from the UK, and travelled to France regularly, and this ticked pretty much all the boxes for us (although my husband would have liked a classic cheese course where he picked a selection himself). The wines are all French as well so for us, who have a preference for French wines, it could not be more perfect.

If you enjoy French food you have to pop Partage up at the top of your list of restaurants to try. The fact that they change their menu monthly as well gives you an experience to visit regularly. We already plan to visit again in May!

Still thinking about the unforgettable dining experience we had last night at Partage. This modern French restaurant doesn’t give you a traditional menu—you choose a 5, 7, or 9-course tasting journey, and then let the chefs surprise you. Each course was a beautifully crafted dish featuring incredible ingredients like foie gras, caviar, seafood, meats, and desserts.

What made the evening truly exceptional—beyond the stunning presentation and flawless flavors—was how special they made us feel. The service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You could tell they put real care into making the entire experience feel personal and memorable.

And the wine pairings? Absolutely perfect. Each glass complemented the dishes so well, elevating every bite and adding another layer of richness to the whole experience.

Hands down one of the most delicious and unique meals I’ve ever had. If you’re in Vegas and looking for something extraordinary, Partage is a must.

Tips on my “Must Try” Vegas list. Seated at bar and was taken great care of by Ian and Jordan, who were both amazing! I got the 9 course tasting and 9 course premium wine pairing! The dishes were absolutely amazing and wine pairings were on point! I would highly recommend going there!

One of the best, if not THE best off-strip restaurants in Las Vegas. Chef Yuri’s food is outstanding; creative, flavorful and seasonally appropriate. Service is knowledgeable and friendly. Lastly, the price for their menu is very reasonable for the quality and such a better deal than any Strip restaurant.

We had a lovely dinner at Partage. We tried the 7 course dinner but instead of the cheese, we substituted it for another dish since I’m not a fan of goat cheese. The lobster course was delicious although the tempura was a bit soft – it tasted as if the frying oil wasn’t hot enough. The other part of the course was flavorful and unexpected and tasty – kiwi with the lobster salad sandwich. The octopus was good but a tad chewy and I didn’t really taste the wagyu on top but the sauce was delicious. The snapper was good but I had a little piece that was undercooked and the sinew was tough. But again the sauce was delicious although.
I was getting quite full. The duck is excellent. The crackling on top is full of umami.
The oxtail was the richest of them all with little slices of white bread. Truly decadent. The crepe with truffles, cheese, and some type of ham (i think) reminded me of a croque monsieur.
The service is very well timed and felt just right. The staff work well with each other and are informative, attentive, and friendly.
It’s hard to believe you’re inside a strip mall and the owners did a great job transforming the space.
Overall, it’s excellent and I highly recommend it.
The 7 course without alcohol was $150 per person. People do not have to order the same and there are options to upgrade etc.
