I’ve been unfortunate enough to have been assigned several orders from this location in the last few days. As a part-time delivery driver for a third-party food delivery service, I typically enjoy assignments from Taco Bell in general, as a rule, they’re fast, friendly, and efficient. However, the staff at this location appear to not only hate their jobs, but also detest their customers, professionalism, and any sense of pride. It took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the counter, not because they were busy, but they were too preoccupied with slapping stickers on one another, chasing each other around, and being utter tools in general. I was clearly being pointedly ignored and once I did manage to guilt someone into reluctantly asking what i needed, their responses were curt and surly. My bad, i didn’t realize that I was supposed to go back into the kitchen and prepare the food myself. Honestly, it would probably have been better if I had. While I was waiting, three other customers came in from the drive-thru complaining about wrong orders and overcharges! It’s insane! One of my clients messaged me complaining that their order was completely wrong, despite having waited for their food for an extra 45 minutes past the promised time. I wish I could say I was surprised. The single star I’m giving this location is overly generous, but alas, it’s the lowest i could assign. If i could give zero stars, i would!

I would put zero Stars if that was a possibility! The first photos were taken weeks ago and they offered me free food of course I didn’t accept it because what’s the point all I’m trying to do is get somebody in that place to do their damn job! To take pride in their job! But last night the last four photos of this post? $4 and that’s what I got? I understand inflation but you can keep your $4 you can keep this sorry excuse of a taco and all the money I spend at Taco bell? I’d rather go without eating! This is absurd! And the fact that somebody sent it out the window tells me nobody in the Loveland Taco Bell gives two flying leaks about their customers! Both times I’ve gone this is what I get. I don’t want your free food because it’s not even worth free!

Manger was very rude and unprofessional
I placed a mobile order clicked make it fresco didn’t notice it removed dairy products until i submitted it. When I noticed it I called store manger said they can’t make it with the dairy products because it messes up their food count. I went to store because I was already headed there same thing I got from him. I asked for his GMs name to talk to them about issues refused to give me GMs name…
I ask for his name he also refused that

I ordered online.. when I arrived I was told to give them a minute. Which is fine I understand they were probably short staffed, but I sat at the menu for 10 minutes before I could tell them I ordered online. After I got my food I was walking back into work and the bottom of my bag busted open… apparently they put my Taco in my bag without a wrapper.. they just dropped it in there and the meat juice soaked the bag so my food hit the ground. Absolutely ridiculous

I would like for 1 time that I go they get my order correct. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF FROM THE DRIVE THRU! I called to let them know my order is wrong and they could care less and said I ordered a certain # when I know for a fact what I ordered and SAW IT CORRECT on the screen! Plus the order they ended up giving me the burrito has a huge whole on the front of it and the HARD SHELL taco is broken! To say im upset is not even the half!!!!! Our recent experience at Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. From the moment we interacted with Brian R, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. He refused to read back our order when we simply asked for confirmation, used profanity, and repeatedly slammed the window shut in our faces. On top of that, he shoved the food and drinks back at us in a disrespectful, almost aggressive way, as if we were an inconvenience. When we finally received our order, the portions were barely filled, Half of our food order was wrong, we just simply didn’t want to interact with him again to ask for it to be corrected, and everything had been tossed carelessly into the bag, leaving the contents spilled everywhere. What should have been a simple and enjoyable visit turned into a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal, leaving us feeling disrespected and dissatisfied after paying for food that was both underfilled and mishandled.

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme, it didn’t have any black beans on it. They totally missed a step, then when I called to tell them, the phone keeps ringing and ringing and dies. You can’t even get ahold of them when your order is wrong.
