First time eating at Panda Express and will never be back! I paid $32 dollars for veggies!! I ordered through the drive thru and ordered 2 plate combos one with honey chicken and honey walnut shrimp, they let me know that the shrimp would be 5-7 minutes and asked if I wanted to substitute. I said yes so I got the bejing beef. They still charged me extra for the shrimp and then when I get home I look at my plates and there’s about 10 noodles & barely any meat. This left a bad taste in my mouth and they should seriously do better.
I’d hate to see what a kids meal looks like!

Well unfortunately I went again hoping that it was gonna be better. Nope, every time I come here theres always something. Most of the time it’s the chowmein that it’s all veggie no noodles so I have to ask them if they can make a new batch I don’t want just veggies. Today it’s old grab cheese wontons that taste dry, stale and old. This panda is the only one I ever have problems with and I’m tired of fresh food not being provided.

I came to this Panda Express tonight, hungry as heck. An hour before they close, they had already removed half of the dishes from the menu choices. The lo mein that was left, looked like it had been chopped up into little pieces. They had a little girl running all around, on both sides of the counter and almost all of the employees at one point or another were on their phone. Foreign music was blasting and everyone was speaking in a different language. I really got the feeling that my presence was annoying them. No greeting and nothing was said to me that made me feel welcome and a valued customer. When I sat down to eat, a girl started mopping around my feet. I know in this day and age, we are supposed to expect substandard service. Panda express isn’t the only place going downhill fast. I just wish that managers were better trained and demanded more from their employees. But I know it’s hard to control people who don’t wanna put their phone down.

The staff was friendly and curious, but Amaya stood out. She not only took care of drive-through customers but also attended to dine-in patrons. When I didn’t receive the grilled chicken breast I requested with my meal, Amaya corrected the order while handling another one. Thank you, Amaya!

Seth is a liar. I ordered from GrubHub. He said that there was no food there and they were closed. Then he said that The courier picked up my food and stole it. Then he said that they’ve been closed for 30 minutes and that they threw the food away when the store closed. I told him he was a liar because he told me three different things. Don’t go here. Don’t order from grubhub. Don’t order from Panda express. Thank you Seth. You could have answered my question instead of wasting 10 minutes of my time.

Haven’t been to a panda in a long time because the last few times the food wasn’t worth it the bejing beef is my favorite I came in today and got a double order just as it was coming out fresh and man was it good great service too faith restored

My order was incorrect. The receipt and labels were correct, but staff marked out what it said on label and wrote something else. The portions were half of what they usually serve. My rice was hard and crunchy and the lo mein was dry. The chicken and steak were both overdone. They didn’t have the apple pie dessert in the bag and didn’t say anything. When it was brought to staff’s attention, they said they had run out of them, didn’t offer to refund the item and turned around and walked away. When asked again about the pie, the staff member was rude but made another one. I will nor be ordering from here again. The entire meal was trashed with the exception of the fresh apple egg roll.

Food was good and hot. The employees were on the ball and friendly. The place was clean Couldn’t see anything to complain about. I’ve been here in the past and always remember it being a good place to eat.

I am not sure why I have so many issues at this Panda Express. I have been to other ones and I have not run into the same problems. They have a friendly staff, but for the most part, the managers I have dealt with are horrible. I am usually the type of person that gives compliments and I rarely give bad reviews. But their management needs some work and if you can’t take feedback, then why are you in management? It’s part of the job. I will most likely never go to this one again.

To be honest I really love this panda. It’s the best run, best tasting, and most consistent. The employees are also really nice and work very hard.
